No crash diets, just consistency. ⚖️ TRACKING PROGRESS DAILY - I weigh myself every morning at the same time to monitor progress. - Using the Happy Scale app on my iPhone, I log daily weight fluctuations to track my weekly weight loss rate. ❓ What’s a weekly weight loss rate? Weight fluctuates daily, sometimes up, sometimes down. But the app helps me see the overall trend, ensuring I’m losing at the right pace. At the start, I’m aiming for a steady 0.3 kg per week. 🔥 2025 Shredz—Let’s get it! 🔥
