Here’s why I’m doing this split at the minute👇🏼 Only hitting 3 strength sessions a week at the minute because this year I’m focussing more on improving my endurance. I’ve got a Hyrox, METRIX and half marathon this year, so the focus is less on building muscle and more on maintaining muscle and getting fit as fuckkkk💥 Eating around 3200 cals a day in order to not waste away and working with a coach (even though I am one) to make sure I’m really getting the most bang for my buck in my strength sessions 🥵 If you want to get in the best shape of your life this year, you should probably hit my link in bio 😘 #gayns #gay #workout #fitness #onlinecoach #goals
