Paris Bistro Life: On the trail of ultra-traditional Parisian bistros operated by the Dumant clan (Aux Bons Crus, Les Marches...), we dined at Le Paris 16 (Seize). The best surprise was that there were no surprises as all was as it should be, including service with character.
