My first visit to The Steamhouse Redditch did not disappoint 🥯😍 Here’s how it went: I feel like i’ve seen @thesteamhousebakery all over my social media so on a spontaneous outing today we decided to see what all the fuss is about! The venue was in a big warehouse and we went around 2pm. We ordered; 🥯 The Salt Beef Chief (featured on the first photo); salt beef, melted swiss, pickles and house made dressing with mustard and ketchup (am I the only one that can see the Chanel sign within this bagel 🤔😅) 🥯 The Reuben; pastrami, melted swiss, pickles and house made dressing (more details on price can be found on receipt pic) Not forgetting the hash brown tots that come on the side of each order 😋 Considering i’m meant to be the foodie out of me and Dan, he always orders the better looking and more ‘instagrammable’ item 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 In this instance, the salt beef chief won for us🏅 Have you been? & if so let me know what you ordered so I can try something else next time! ⬇️❤️ #bagelsbagelsbagels #birminghamfoodie #midlandsfoodie #redditchfood #midlandsfoodblog #birminghamfoodscene #midlandsfood

🍁 The CUTEST farm shop i’ve ever been to - save this 🤩⭐️ SO much on offer and a shetland pony was visiting for the day too 🥺🐴 (last pic). I truly loved visiting Daylesford Farm Shop in the Cotswolds and will definitely be going back time and time again ❤️ Once we’d wondered around the farm shop (it’s huge you could spend the whole day there) we stopped for ice coffee and some light lunch at one of their many restaurants. We sat in the Legbar area within The Trough restaurant and it was SO cosy 🛋️☕️ really enjoyed sitting in here and relaxing. 📍BOROUGH MARKET - we didn’t give into the temptation of the viral chocolate covered strawberries, we went straight to humble crumble and Padre tacos 😅🌮🍎😍 At @tacospadre I tried their 3 mixed tacos; one chicken one beef and one pork 🤩 The pork was *chef’s kiss* crispy but soft and the beef was just the same 🔥The chicken was my least favourite but still nice all round. The tray was a bit juicy but i think that just gives credit to the amount you get and the moisture of the quality meat 😍🙌🏻 All 3 were just under £10 which I thought was reasonable for the amount. 🍕RED HOT MOMMA PIZZERIA 🍕such a cool place! Pizza and setting was v good 👏🏻 really enjoyed visiting with friends ❤️ The best thing is they give you scissors to cut the pizza, anyone else do this at home!? I’ve definitely done this since uni days 😂✂️ Pizzas were yummy. Not sure i’d say 100% to die for being completely transparent with you guys, BUTTTT having said that if you want a really nice vibe and some good pizza in Leamington Spa then i’d definitely recommend visiting! The most underrated restaurant in Leamington Spa 📍🙌🏻 SAVE THIS ❤️ Last month I went to visit @labottegapastahouse to have a few starters and cocktails, here’s how it went: Vibe - 10/10, quite small inside but the aesthetic is so nice you feel like you’re in a lemon tree farm with the theme and decoration 🍋🍸 Food - 10/10, I can only speak for the starters here but they really exceeded expectations! A truly glamorous lunch in the sky 🥂 2 courses for £33 or 3 courses for £39* 🤩 The food here is next-level and the views? Unreal! Every dish was *chef’s kiss* 👌🏼 If you’re in Birmingham looking for a special place to visit for cocktails or food, this place is a must-try! 😌 Here’s what me & Dan tried from the 3 course menu available: Starters: - The cured salmon melts in your mouth, and that almond gazpacho brings something totally different which I really enjoyed - For the other starter we tried the Longhorn beef tartare. Topped with a Marmite egg yolk and crispy Parmesan tuile, it’s the ultimate umami combination 🤤 Mains: - Crispy seared sea bream with fennel, apple, and a silky lemon beurre blanc 🍋🐟 so many fresh flavours - The Saddleback pork cutlet was so good and is packed with flavor 🍖 Paired with black pudding and charcuterie sauce, just wow 😍 - Sides: Tenderstem broccoli sautéed with garlic and chili for that extra zing 🥦🌶️ (probably the best i’ve had!) Desserts - Crème brûlée - cracking into this golden crème brûlée is pure satisfaction.
