💛 If I could give my seventeen self advice it would be trust yourself, listen to your heart, your body, and your mind in deciding what is right for you. I would tell myself that I am strong, resilient and brave in ways I don’t know yet but the challenges that will come will reveal my incredibly courageous spirit to me, so look for the lessons in the hard times. I would tell myself I have a huge heart with boundless love to share that also forgives too easily so know my priceless worth and set firm boundaries for myself and others about what is respectful treatment toward me and accept nothing less. I would tell myself I am intelligent and have the capacity to achieve whatever my dream is so go for it and let no nay sayer hold you back. I would tell myself that i am not a luke warm person toward those i love so don’t waste your time on people that are luke warm about you. Finally, I would tell myself to shine bright beautiful human, speak your truth boldly, never shrink to be in the shadow or silence your truth to make others feel comfortable. I wish it didn’t take me this long to learn this but better late than never.
