This gorgeous 6-month-aged Gouda, the leading ingredient in our brioche dessert, is produced on a farm in the Dutch village of Streefkerk by @booijkaasmakers. The cheesemaker is a 7th-generation family business crafting raw cheeses from milk sourced by neighbouring farms. We are proud to source it from @alte_milch @markthalleneun in Berlin! #codaberlin
