Want to try “Grilled letters”? Introducing you a Japanese snack named Monjayaki. It was derived from the word “mojiyaki” which means “grilled letters”. It is because children come to Monjayaki snack shop and practice writing letters in the gooey mojiyaki batter. #monjayaki #mojiyaki #grilled #grilledfood #monjayakirestaurant #monjayakirecipe #sakuratei #harajuku #tokyo #japan #exploringjapan #japanesecuisine #japanesefood #fyp #instafood

To a person who wants to do whatever he/she likes! Let’s grill whatever you like. “Okonomi” means whatever you like and “Yaki” means grill, which gives the Japanese dish named “Okonomiyaki”. It was originally from Osaka, Japan. Okonomiyaki is a Japanese savory pancake dish with wheat flour batter and many other ingredients like cabbage, meat and seafood. The toppings of Okonomiyaki basically includes Okonomiyaki sauce, Japanese Mayonnaise, katsuobushi and pickled ginger. To the one’s liking we can customize the dish ingredients and grill it. #okonomiyaki #okonomiyakiexperience #sakuratei #sakurateiharajuku #okonomi #yaki #harajuku #tokyo #japan #instafood #instamood #exploringjapan #fyp

The thing that doesn’t shine in the day shines at its best in the dark. It’s just a matter of time. Watching the Tokyo tower light being switched off at 12 am brings happiness between couple, really? It is the reason why many people gather to gaze the Tokyo tower in the midnight. This orange white tower is a Tokyo tower in Tokyo, Japan constructed by using the steel from scrap metal (1/3rd) of US tanks damaged from the Korean war. It was built as a communication tower in the Central part of Tokyo so that tower’s TV and radios antennas could reach as far as possible. The tower is colored orange and white to meet the aviation law. It was the tallest freestanding tower in the world (when it was built) with 333 meter height, opened for public on 23rd December 1958. #japan #exploringjapan #tokyo #tokyotower #traveljapan #japantrip #fypシ #instamood #instagood

Have you heard of “sea firefly”? In Japan sea firefly is called Umihotaru. Umihotaru, which means sea (Umi) firefly (Hotaru), is an artificial island/parking lot on the sea in the middle of the Tokyo Bay Aqua Line. It connects central Tokyo to the Bosco Peninsula. It is considered to be a multifunction parking lot for having information center and for bridging Keihin and Chiba areas. It also has various shops, restaurants and observation decks. It is believed to be an unusual parking area even by international standards. #umihotaru #umihotaruparkingarea #umihotarupa #umi #japan #exploringjapan #traveljapan #parkingarea #sea #fyp #insta #instamood

A good food in a good place is a treat to the body and mind. We drove 3 hours from Miyazaki to Saiki to try this local Japanese cuisine. This restaurant was suggested by a Japanese grandfather for its authentic Japanese sea food. The flavor was just exceptional. The continuous travel proved fruitful. The place was quite popular for its food and views. It was like eating seafood on the beach. The taste of the cuisine, as well as the views of the sea and winds, are enough to enhance your energy and dopamine levels. #japanesecuisine #japaneseseafood #grilledfish #localfood #seafood #saiki #oita #oitaseafood #japansea #food #foodgram #exploringjapan #miyazaki #japan #fyp

“Mother and Child Rice” 😯 Almost everything in Japan has some significant meaning hidden behind their existence that amazes you. Let’s know about “Oyakodon” today. Oyakodon is called “mother and child rice” or also called as “parent and child Japanese rice bowl dish”. The dish is named so because the parent comes from the use of Chicken, and the child from the use of egg. The word “oya (親)” means parent, “ko (子)” means child and “don (丼)” means one-bowl dish. This is why this Japanese cuisine is named as Oyakodon. #oyako #oyakodon #japanesecuisine #japanesefood #utokyo #caffeteria #tokyo #japan #exploringjapan #japantravel #foodphotography #foodie #fyp #instagood #instamood

Where there is no spices there is nothing spicy. I can’t make a spicy content, but can eat and share spicy food 😉 Belonging from a country which is known for spices and spicy food, there was always something troubling while coming to Japan. It was of course spicy taste in food. But Ippudo ramen won’t let you fall behind your expectations. I had a bowl of karake (spicy) ramen, and my friend had the non spicy one. You can just differentiate from the color 🙈. So, if you love spicy/non spicy ramen, anyone can visit Ippudo ramen. I loved the hot taste of the ramen. I ordered the extra spicy one that the waiter repeatedly asked me to confirm if I will be okay or not. So, if you love spicy food, you can order standard spicy or extra spicy one. 🍜 🌶️ 🔥 Enjoy! #ramen #ippudoramen #ippudo #ippudoroppongi #roppongi #roppongihills #tokyo #japanfood #spicyfood #spicyramen #spicynoodles #foodiegram #foodie #exploring #exploringjapan #fyp #instamood #instagood #japantravel

Want to see the real green and white color? Want to breathe in pure air? This place, Japan’s one of the top three waterfalls, would be the best place that would provide peace to your eyes and respiratory system. It is Kegon falls, situated in Nikko National Park, near the city of Nikko, Tochigi prefecture, Japan. Whichever season you visit here, you will find serenity. The spring with greenery, the autumn with red leaves and the winter with the frozen waterfall. Have you been to Nikko? A way to escape from the chaos. A way to relax.😌♨️ If you have watched Japanese anime or drama or movie, you must be aware of the onsen. Onsen is a hot spring. It is famous in Japan. There are public as well as private onsen in Japan. If want to experience an onsen, but you are also shy to join the public onsen, then you can check the onsen house which has private onsen facility too, and make a reservation. There are certain rules that you must follow if you want to enter into the onsen. You must not wear any Jewelry. Having tattoos is also not preferred. You have to take shower before entering into the onsen and after the onsen. The shower facility is within onsen area. The onsen staffs are kind enough to instruct you if you have any concerns/questions. Enjoy! #onsen #onsenhotpools #hotspring #kyushu #oike #miyazaki #familyonsen #privateonsen #takaharu #kamamuta #exploringjapan #travelgram #japan #instagood #fyp
