What To Do To Lose Body Fat The simplest meal plan to lose body fat is to do 3 meals a day. For Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner, have a protein source like chicken breast, salmon, steak, or any kind of lean meat paired with a vegetable. Be sure to eliminate unhealthy snacks. How To Lose Body Fat When You Can’t Workout 1. Focus on your diet Example Meal Plan Breakfast:1 cup of egg whites with a side of mixed vegetables. Lunch: 5-8oz of chicken breast with a side of mixed vegetables. (Optional: 1/2 - 1 cup of cooked rice.) Dinner: 5-8oz of chicken breast with a side of mixed vegetables. What Foods To Eat To Gain Weight 1. Peanut Butter 2. Guacamole or Avocado 3. Fatty Meats or Fish So instead of: - Chicken Breast have Chicken Thighs - 93% Lean Ground Beef have 80% Lean Ground Beef - Tilapia have Salmon - Try having burritos and adding cheese to your meals as well. When To Do Your Cardio To Lose Fat Doing 30 minutes of cardio before you lift weights and 30 minutes of cardio after you lift weights is a good way to lose body fat. Make sure you don’t do cardio too heavy before you lift weights so you can get the most intensity out of your weight lifting.
