Last Saturday, Sangee's Kitchen brought the party vibes to the South Indian Ladies Disco Night! We had an amazing time selling our brand-new non-alcoholic drinks (mocktails). Menu Highlights: Mojito Mocktail Strawberry Mocktail Blueberry Mocktail Ginger Mocktail A big thank you to Vinitra and her amazing team for hosting such a fun and lively event. We loved being part of the celebration and sharing our refreshing drinks with everyone!

Last Tuesday, I had the profound of collaborating with Chef Fatemah from the @asylumseekerscentre Centre to prepare a special meal for their AGM meeting. This experience was more than just cooking; it was about celebrating community, culture, and the power of food to bring people together. Our menu for the day included: Vegan Butter Carrot Rice (Sangee) Chicken Curry (Sangee) Fish Kebab (Fatemah) Eggplant (Fatemah) Salad (Sangee and Fatemah) Fruit Platter (Sangee and Fatemah) I was also delighted to showcase and sell my range of homemade condiment jars during the event. Sharing these handcrafted flavours with the community was an incredibly rewarding experience. A heartfelt thank you to the @asylumseekerscentre Centre for trusting us with this meaningful opportunity. It was an honour to contribute to such an important occasion and to connect with everyone through the joy of food and culture.
