And because you can’t stop progress, to mark 30 years since the careers of @toni_collette_official and @rachelgriffithsofficial were launched higher than Muriel’s desire to get married, the National Film and Sound Archive hosted the premiere screening of NFSA newly restored ‘Muriel’s Wedding’ last night. The film has been digitally restored through NFSA Restores, a program which gives classic Australian films a new life in today’s digital cinemas.
