𝗪𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝘅𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗕𝗜𝗚𝗚𝗘𝗦𝗧 𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘁! 😮 17 months after our reno, we finally said goodbye to our uneven kitchen backsplash — a result of poor tiling workmanship 🫠 (Can’t believe we had to pay extra charges to lay the small tiles when they ended up looking like this, don’t know what we were paying for 😤) Love how clean and seamless our white crystal glass backsplash looks now! ✨ It’s also easier to maintain than small tiles since there are no grout lines to trap dirt. Don’t miss our kitchen reno tip at the end of the video too 😉 If you’re thinking of changing your backsplash, be it for aesthetics or maintenance, you can consider overlaying it with glass! We hosted our family for dinner last weekend, with food from @catercosg’s CNY menu! ☺️ Everyone loved the Rainbow Fruits Yu Sheng, it was a refreshing take on the traditional dish with fruits like strawberries, mandarin oranges and longans! I had 3 servings of this 🤤 Another highlight for us was the Claypot Sichuan Sliced Fish, which was perfectly spiced and very appetising 😋 The Red Velvet Tea Cake was pretty good too, I really like the smooth cream cheese frosting and touches of gold foil ✨ It was a wonderful night of family bonding :) Wishing everyone a new year filled with good food, good health and good luck! 🍊🍊 #sghomes #sgfood #chinesenewyear

The waterfall is considered sticky (due to the mineral deposits on the rocks) and you can easily climb up without slipping :) Tip: Get a waterproof phone case with lanyard so you can still take photos easily and free up both hands to climb! We took a 1 hour Grab ride from the city and spent about 1.5 hours at the waterfall. There are free shower/toilet facilities there too! When my parents first spotted mould on their MBR ceiling, they didn’t really think much of it BUT it spread faster than expected and even affected the bathroom 😰 
Had to engage a mould removal company to properly get rid of the mould and give the ceilings (some parts were peeling badly too 🥺) a fresh coat of paint! This is why we never put our valuables in the hotel safe anymore, when it can be so easily opened by anyone! 😳 The husb came across some online videos of people resetting their safes with generic PINs like ‘######’ or ‘111111’ and decided to try it on ours — who knew ‘000000’ actually worked 🤯 We’re not saying all hotels are like that.
