Back to the usual routine of finding lunch at <$10!✨ … Finally tried one of the highly raved ban mian in Singapore - Top 1 handmade noodles at Beauty world food centre! Did you know it’s a private hawker centre?😉 … Queued and waited for bout 45mins - 1hr from 1130am and got their signature dry ban mian + egg ($5.50) 🍜 unfortunately, i personally think it’s not really worth such a long wait. 30 mins is fine by me as it is a good bowl of ban mian and the chilli spice is really quite unique of their own creation but will i travel again to have it, not really😅 There are good ban mian in other areas too 😂

✨Weekend Brunch at @grace.espresso ✨didn’t expect myself to like it so much! … nothing overly fancy but just the right amount of everything that makes it extra chill and special for a weekend 🌞 … Love the Shrimp on Avocado ($19.50 for scrambled eggs 🍳) and the banana bread with espresso mascarpone ($10.20) surprisingly is pretty unique though it sounds quite basic but everything is so well balanced with one of the best coffee infused creme i tasted ✨ not the cheapest place but worth a revisit!

✨Another Birthday Meal at @tokunori.sg !✨ highly recommend to reserve beforehand as it is quite popular! Happy that good friend of mine made reservations for my special day 🥹💕 … For $38 you can get their basic Jyosen omakase handroll set which to me is quite sufficient and add on as you like, we got the maguro poppers ($12) and cocktails to pair instead of sake 🥰 the prettier handrolls are ala carte or in the premium Tokusen $45 set. … Left quite filling and better than the other handroll place i been before🤭 because their seaweed is really crispy here! quite a decent space at a budget for a special occasion!👌 I wouldn’t say it’s like extremely special but good enough for a whole package experience!

👍It’s a Must Go Place every time I enter JB!✨Quality is still as good as I remembered 🤭 highly recommend to go before the lunch crowd to avoid queues! … Got their signature Dang Gui Roasted Duck which is so sweet and herbally 😍 can’t find something as good in singapore, maybe in restaurant but the price point will be so different 😂 Their roasted meat platter is awesome too! it’s my favorite kind of black black caramelised charsiew hehe💕 … surprisingly for a noodles person, the oil rice is better than their noodles for me?! noodles are qq and saucey too but the oil rice is just so savory good! … definitely back again next time! booking my next trip in soon 😉

✨Tried the Michelin Bib Gourmand @haikahlang at JB! … Heard some mixed reviews but turned out quite good!✨got myself the 七星斑鱼腩 Leopard Coral Grouper （Belly） (RM 27.90) which comes with generous amount of fish (6-8 slices!) so much that i really can’t finish! the hua diao jiu is really strong and fragrant too!✨ must ask for the chili! super power 🔥 … Another must try even though not part of the special is the 蟹肉粥 Crab Meat Porridge (RM26.90) is so umami sweet of the crab flavor! ✨ not like their usual signature soup 👍 … Also got their 炸鱼片Fried Fish Slice (RM 20.90) which is fried fresh with black sauce (similar to your chee cheong fun sauce 😂) good too! … Lastly, their drinks are worth getting especially their freshly made tea like cucumber lemon and lemongrass lime 💕 oh oh and get their fish crackers as souvenirs! The best part bout them is the really fresh quality fish 🐟💯 worth a visit!

✨hidden hawker gem!💎✨ Enjoy traditional steamed teochew fish in the morning with hot tea and bak ku teh at Zion Hawker Centre!✨ can’t find these teochew steam style easily anymore (maybe only in restaurant) but in a Hawker you can really enjoy it like street food style with the nice riverside experience at a cheaper price! (it’s one of the only stall open in the morning!) ✨ bring your parents or grandparents, they will really enjoy it☺️

I used mine at @lapizzaiolasg Bukit Timah!✨ … Was looking for a place different from the usual city vibes in Singapore 🇸🇬 hence travelled out into the landed area 😂 for this rustic pizza place✨ was surprised that you can used CDC here! it’s also on @grabfoodsg dine out promotion! … Tried their four cheese and honey pizza which is yums💯! nothing overly special but got everything right with the melting cheese and touch of sweet honey, pizza served fresh from the oven 🔥! Their festive duck pasta was bit disappointing for the festive price point but it’s a good pasta but again, nothing fancy but old good italian food style - same for the tiramisu☺️ … overrall it is priced alright and for a family outing for some classic italian food away from the crowd with the sky above you at their alfresco outdoor seating ✨ somewhere you can consider!
