The most magical, cosmic and magnificent of creatures known at Atreyu left the planet yesterday. I am the kind of horrible sad that comes from feeling the most beautiful kind of love. I will forever be astonished at how cute their stretched out paws could be. Let us all breathe in how glorious it is to love and be loved by creatures. PS That final picture was literally taken the evening that David Bowie left the planet. Atreyu rubbed their body against some chalk on the chalkboard wall I have. It was the only time it ever happened and further proof of his magic by being cat #alladinsane

Tonight @theatreofnote #bitsatnote we had a sold out theatre full of humans brave and hungry to share art and watch and laugh and cry and sit together. This is where we make magic best, in community. It was full of joy and rage. I don’t know what date our next one is but it will be in December and trust me, this Bits thing is where it’s AT to find inspiration and some energy to keep on keeping on. We raised a good chunk of change for @aclu_nationwide and I’m so honored we all witnessed each other tonight. Bless my intrepid producer team of @niallnotniles & @lizzzerrd for doing all the things.

This video is about broccoli in my teeth and a moment where I had mental and emotional broccoli in my teeth. I am uncomfortable to share it- but seems good during #transawarenessweek to remind when I wasn’t aware. This is a reminder to myself and to you that if we choose not to consort with someone because of their behavior, that means- hey I told you you have something on your face- Go wash it off and figure out choices that treat all people with dignity even if it makes you feel a little bit of shame having to accept that you were off the mark. Lord knows I am off the mark so often and I cringe when I think how many times I will be off the mark again. I look forward to releasing more followers if you don’t wanna get it off your face ✌🏼

This was a total DELIGHT. Watching violence is not on my list of things I’m particularly good at so I usually watch Criminal Minds from across the room with a pillow over half of my face, so for me it’s a huge delicious treat to watch @disneywizardsseries - have you seen it? I am on like episode nine but all the episodes before I’m in are just delightful and I know we could all use things to down regulate our nervous system right now so here’s something to watch. 🧙💜💙🩷

I came up with a good reminder for myself that I give to all of you l, my beautiful virtual lawn visitors. And if you are a virtual lawn lurker, who is still here even though you are complicit in letting a convict have a say in our government, and you do feel disgusted by your actions to dismantle democracy, I’m sending you so much love and appreciation because it’s always hard to pull our mind weeds. I believe in your ability to course correct, we have a lot of work to do and we’d love for you to put country over party like the ones in the #penelopegarcia camp. PS THIS IS 🧙 WIZARD HAIR PPS Please let yourself feel the exquisite power that comes from not commenting back when someone says something boring. They want you to respond back. They get a dopamine hit when you respond back. Let them not get that pleasure. Let them sit in the void and think about their actions in the quiet.

PART THREE. I love people and I love my country and I reject the abhorrent behavior of the people who helped this nonsense, not the people themselves but DAMN you need to really examine your behavior because Kirsten and Penny and a lot of us are OVER IT 🤮 PS go donate to @aclu_nationwide PPS I’m gonna leave the comments on this last one, but Friends do me a solid and just ignore them.
