Has this happened to you? It’s a super common medical phenomenon. Some experts think evolutionary. It’s a way for our brain to wake us up to make sure we’re safe. I share this with you because in my life when I’m getting these more often, it usually means that my sleep schedule is a regular or that my stress level is a little bit higher. It might be sign for you as well. in general, they are harmless and nothing to worry about

Some thoughts that I wanted to share with you. šŸ‘†šŸ½ When I was in medical school —I was also fooled and my younger self wishes I knew what’s on this post. When people would talk about the power of exercise, sleep, sunlight, and nutrition I would just roll my eyes. I came from institutions that believed in hard science. And not shockingly the medicationā€˜s were the only ones who had that. It took me many years to realize what I’m talking about here. I am here to clarify what the real healers are so that you can go find and live out your gifts.

I loved talking to @davidghiyam about how to use the concepts of Kabbalah to change your life within days. You can ask your questions below, but here are the steps that I follow. Every morning, I ask myself what do I need to share with the world? every morning, I ask on my morning walk what am I supposed to be doing to get to my goal today? and then the other piece that Kaballah has taught me is to have certainty. Instead of feeling anxious about something turn your thoughts into feeling certain about it. ā€œI am certain that my children will figure out their issues and everything will turn out great.ā€ not only does it change my energy it also changes the energy that I give to them.
