Sharing a very traumatizing story from when this journey all started. Although I was injured and bruised and could not function for a few days, it really was the pause that I needed to change my life. Iām sharing this with you because I was at a low point. When people would talk about the power of exercise, sleep, sunlight, and nutrition I would just roll my eyes. I came from institutions that believed in hard science. And not shockingly the medicationās were the only ones who had that. It took me many years to realize what Iām talking about here. I am here to clarify what the real healers are so that you can go find and live out your gifts.

Nutrition is fascinating. If youāre looking for a treat, this can be a great option! I share this with you because I know we talk a lot about what we shouldnāt eat, but we donāt have a lot of videos or information about what we should eat so I felt compelled to tell you about this. I loved talking to @davidghiyam about how to use the concepts of Kabbalah to change your life within days. You can ask your questions below, but here are the steps that I follow. Every morning, I ask myself what do I need to share with the world? every morning, I ask on my morning walk what am I supposed to be doing to get to my goal today? and then the other piece that Kaballah has taught me is to have certainty. Instead of feeling anxious about something turn your thoughts into feeling certain about it. āI am certain that my children will figure out their issues and everything will turn out great.ā not only does it change my energy it also changes the energy that I give to them.
