Every Middle-Class Boy’s Dream! 🥹🚙🥹 This post isn’t only my story; but millions of boys & girls like me who’ll be buying their First Family Car very soon or aspire to gift a car to their parents. Growing up, the first vehicle my father had was a second-hand red Chetak Scooter, then he bought a second-hand Splendor 6-7 years ago, which he still uses. So, this car isn’t just our First Family Car ever but also our first new vehicle purchase. After graduating from college, you wish to buy a car for your parents and yourself, and I dreamed that too. But the dream took pace when 7 months ago, I decided that I’ll buy a car this Diwali. I passionately believe in Manifestation, because dreams happen first in the mind and then in reality. And the funniest part, saving for the car wasn’t the toughest job but convincing parents to let me buy a car was extremely tough. Papa was like, “Hum kyaa karenge gaadi ka, itni mehngi car kyun hi leni?” But finally, it happened today. We have our first car. Now, I know, we all see so much content floating around about the ‘Rent vs Buy a House’ argument or ‘buying a new car vs old car,’ but over the years, I’ve realized now that all of this is bullshit. You don’t buy a car or home, looking at Excel numbers. Obviously, you only buy these things when you can afford them or the EMIs are within your limits, but it’s an emotional decision and should be treated that way. That’s my take! But coming to that middle-class dream, guys, work hard for it, manifest, and I hope all of you’ll achieve it sooner or later. And thank you so much, everyone who has supported us throughout the years. This is the real success. To make your parents happy. To let them enjoy things that they sacrificed for us growing up!!! Anmol 🤌🏻

An economic moat is a competitive advantage that allows a company to maintain profitability and defend its market position from competitors for a long time. 🚀💰🚨 The term was popularized by Warren Buffett, who compared it to a castle’s moat that protects it from invaders.🙌 Companies with strong economic moats can generate high returns for extended periods.👨‍💻 The idea gained prominence in investment strategies, especially with Warren Buffett’s approach to long-term investing in companies with durable competitive advantages. Examples of Economic Moats: 1. Brand Power (Intangible Asset) 2. Cost Advantage (Low-Cost Producer Moat) 3. Network Effect 4. Switching Costs 5. Regulatory or Legal Moat

Are you also making this Trading Mistake?🚨🥵📉 Loss aversion is a psychological concept from behavioral economics that describes how people tend to prefer avoiding losses rather than acquiring equivalent gains. In other words, the pain of losing is psychologically more powerful than the pleasure of gaining. Example: Imagine an investor who owns a stock that has fallen 20% in value. Even though selling the stock might be the rational choice (to cut losses and invest elsewhere), they hesitate because selling would “lock in” the loss. They prefer holding onto the stock, hoping it recovers, even if there’s a risk of further decline. This behavior contrasts with how the same investor might react to a 20% gain—where they may be more inclined to take profits quickly, fearing they might lose them. This tendency often leads traders and investors to hold onto losing investments too long and sell winning investments too soon, impacting their overall portfolio performance.

Gold ETFs (Exchange-Traded Funds) are investment funds that track the price of gold and trade on stock exchanges like regular stocks.🥇🏅🔑 They offer investors exposure to gold without the need to physically buy, store, or secure it. 🚀 Each unit of a gold ETF typically represents a certain amount of physical gold (usually 1 gram or more), and the fund is backed by actual gold stored in vaults.💰👨‍💻👨‍💻 Key Features of Gold ETFs:🚨🚨 Liquidity – Can be bought and sold on stock exchanges during trading hours. Purity – Backed by 99.5% pure gold or higher. Cost-Effective – No making charges or storage costs like physical gold. Diversification – Acts as a hedge against inflation and market volatility. Tax Efficiency – More tax-efficient than physical gold; no GST on purchase. (Gold investment, Gold ETFs, Anmol Sharma, financebyanmol)

Trump Danger ‼️ ⚠️ US President Donald Trump’s plan to impose a 25 percent tariff on all steel and aluminium imports into the America could threaten nearly $1 billion worth of Indian exports. India’s steel export to the US are a minor fraction of the total steel exports, and the US accounts for only 3-5% of the total exports from India. The aluminium industry, however, faces a more significant threat, as nearly 12% of the country’s exports are aimed for the USA.

Repo Rate Cut Impact on the Market! So, now, you must be wondering why banks borrow money from RBI 🏦? Banks need to borrow from the RBI for a variety of reasons, primarily related to managing their liquidity and meeting regulatory requirements. Here are some of the key situations when banks might need to borrow from the RBI:   1. To meet Cash Reserve Ratio (CRR) requirements: Banks are required to maintain a certain percentage of their deposits as reserves with the RBI. This is known as the CRR.   If a bank falls short of this requirement, it needs to borrow funds to meet its obligations. 2. To manage day-to-day liquidity: Banks need to ensure they have enough funds to meet the demands of their customers, such as withdrawals, loan disbursements, and other payments.   Unexpected fluctuations in deposits or loan demand can create temporary liquidity shortfalls, requiring banks to borrow from the RBI. 3. To cover unexpected fund requirements: Sometimes, banks may face unforeseen circumstances that require them to have immediate access to funds. This could be due to a sudden surge in withdrawals, unexpected loan requests, or other emergencies. # 4. To participate in government security auctions: Banks often need to participate in auctions for government securities. To do so, they need to have sufficient funds available, which they may need to borrow from the RBI.

While we were busy with the Budget Sessions, Donald Trump has been busy with the tariffs implementation; • 10% tariff on imports from China 🇨🇳 • 25% tariff on imports from Mexico 🇲🇽 • 25% tariff on imports from Canada (10% tariff on energy) 🇨🇦 Total US imports from China (2023) is $427 billion. 10% additional tariff is $43 billion. 😨 Canada has also retaliated with 25% tariffs. 🥊 Would be really interesting to see what other countries will be targeted and what will be the response. 🤔 These tariff hikes will most probably hike up US inflation numbers as well. 🇺🇸🚨 But when US sneezes, the entire world catches a cold!🇺🇸🇮🇳
