Never realised how easy it was to make my own bread!!! it was so tasty and fresh plus doesn’t have a whole list of crap and costs me $9 a loaf each time from the supermarket 🥖🍞🥨 Here is how to make it: 1 packet of instant yeast 2 tbsp raw honey Pinch of salt 3 cups organic self rising flour 1 cup of warm water Mix honey yeast and water. Slowly adding flour and salt once it’s all mixed, pour it into your bread tin and let it rise for an hour then bake it in a 180degree preheated oven for 30-40mins ✨ #breadmaking #wholefoods #lowtoxliving

can confirm personally, when you start eating food properly instead of always trying to be in a deficit, restricting yourself etc and move your body as it feels good rather than working out only to burn calories ,not only you will start to look better but also feel 10x better because your are actually letting your body perform the way it’s meant to rather than stressing it out by under fuelling and over training ✨ Yes there is a time and place for a deficit if your goal is loose weight but make sure you do this with a coach to guide you through properly x
Mornings are to beautiful to sleep in a miss out on!!!! Honestly just try starting your mornings with some sunshine and a walk outside and your whole day will be so much better compared to your sleeping in and rushing to get your day started🫱🏻🫲🏼✨🫶🏼
