From the pages of Manners Begin at Breakfast, Revised and Updated Edition By: Princess Marie Chantal of Greece @mariechantallondon Foreword by Tory Burch @toryburch Introduction by Dr. Perri Klass Illustrations by Nicholas Child @thechildrensillustrator “Congratulations! There is no way to describe the feeling of meeting your baby for the very first time. After having five children—a daughter and four sons—I can honestly say that the joy never diminishes. Even though it’s been a few years since I’ve had to change a diaper, I’m still keyed into the world of parenting. In 2000, I founded a designer baby and childrenswear brand, Marie-Chantal. When designing a new collection, I tend to base my styles around memories of my childhood and those I have of my children.” Out now. From the pages of “Cabana Anthology: The Anniversary Edition” By Martina Mondadori @martinamondadori @cabanamagazine “This straightforward, gentle way of life had survived Communism, and until only recently, continued to fill Romania’s villages with objects of a pure and functional beauty. Nowadays, this timeless world is fading. Villagers must emigrate for work and mass-produced consumer goods are commonplace. Many houses have already been abandoned, and the winds of change blow through empty rooms that were once filled with so much colour and laughter.” From the chapter “Transylvania.” Words by William Blacker. A large and significant giltwood Federal mirror hangs on the back wall. The Lego Taj Mahal on the coffee table was assembled by the children.” Order your signed copy on our website.

From the pages of “The Young Man and The Tree: Fernando Wong Landscape Design” By: Tim Johnson & Fernando Wong @fernandowongold Photography by Carmel Brantley @brantleyphoto Foreword by Martha Stewart @marthastewart “It is very sad that so many quirky, early-twentieth-century Tudor, Cape Cod, and Mediterranean-style houses in Florida have been demolished to build the soulless concrete, stucco, and glass boxes that sprout up like weeds. They will not age well in twenty years, let alone one hundred. A complete gut job saved the wonderful structure, but, unlike the house, the landscape had no merit and had to be completely demolished. It is fun to start with a blank mud pit, but for a house to look established, it needs mature palms and other trees. The good news is that we are skilled at bringing in the big stuff.” Order your signed copy today. Link in bio.

“Cabana Anthology: The Anniversary Edition” is out now. By Martina Mondadori @martinamondadori @cabanamagazine “Perhaps only Idarica Gazzoni @arjumands_world could pack up a palazzo like a Bedouin moving her tent. Wanting to be closer to her showroom—she is the founder of cult textile brand Arjumand’s World—she dismantled her home in Rossini’s palace in Bologna and decamped to an eighteenth-century former casa di ringhiera in Milan. Idarica took down her waterfalls of ikat silks, folded up the Anglo-Indian daybed, and cut up a vast Persian rug so she could install them in her new rooms.” From the chapter “The Freedom of Creativity.” Words by Cosmo Brockway @cosmobrockway. "The building was designed by Savin Couelle, one of the most famous and innovative architects of the mid- to late-twentieth century. He was among the architects responsible for the distinctive style of the villas of the Costa Smeralda, a stretch of coast in northeastern Sardinia developed in the 1960s and 1970s by the Aga Khan. Couelle and his father before him were renowned for designing organically shaped houses that blend into their natural settings. The architecture is marked by curved walls and vaulted ceilings, niches and surprises. The interiors are often more sculptural than architectural. In short, there is not a single right angle, not a square room." @lindrothdesign @amandalindrothdesign Available now 💙 Published by @vendomepress
