The weirder, the better. 😂 Here’s a few of ours 🫠 We are a mother and daughter in law and we live next door to each other! 👯‍♀️ We were on a TV show called “Farm Dreams” and it’s still on Disney+ and Hulu! (We are in Episode 1). Jordyn: ☀️I’m a military brat and have lived in Spokane Washington, Albany Georgia, Moscow Idaho, Stafford Virginia, Pensacola Florida, Corpus Christi Texas, Havelock North Carolina, Monterey California, Chesapeake, Virginia, Provo Utah and now I’m in Bellingham, Washington which is the longest place I’ve lived! I have a brother and a sister who are the same ages as my kids (9 and 7). I use to be a Medical Assistant and worked in OB/GYN. Kay: Has 5 kids (one set of twins) and 7 grandkids with 2 more on the way. Her Grandma name is “Nonna” She grew up in the house she currently lives in! She never moved as a kid but did as an adult. When you raise your own meat you have a lot of freezers. We have 8 deep freezers that we utilize for meat and other frozen preserved items (like pesto, fish, broth, lard and cider). Plus 4 extra refrigerators used for back up grocery store food and those freezers are used for storing extra food as well. One fridge is used for storing harvests from the garden and the freezer on that one is empty because that is our freeze drying freezer so we can stack our trays in it! We keep all the meat up in our main freezers in the barn and the casita and every so often I go and take some to stock up my personal freezer. We have chicken, turkey and ground beef and they have their own freezer. We have a little bit of pig left and we eat our lamb as a family. Everything else we just split up between us but we don’t track it. Any questions about our meat freezer system?! Should I just do a whole freezer tour? Ps- don’t worry, all the freezer are behind locked doors 😅
