How prepared do you feel for an emergency (natural disaster/etc…) Most people don’t realize this, but when a natural disaster strikes, “we the people” are NOT part of the emergency plan. I personally know the man who wrote the emergency response plan for San Diego County. His job was to outline what needs to happen to get the county functioning again after a disaster.
