You may want to take a second to check the identification at the bottom of your Stanley Switchback or Trigger Action travel mug. The company has issued a recall on about 2.6 million of these travel mugs due to a posing burn hazard whenever the mug's lid threads are exposed to heat and torque, causing the lid to shrink and detach during use. Stanley is advising people to immediately stop using their recalled travel mugs and contact the company to receive a free replacement lid, including shipping. These recalled travel mugs were sold at Amazon.com, Walmart, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Target and other stores nationwide and online from June 2016 through December 2024 for between $20 and $50, depending on the model. #stanley #recalls #stanleyswitchback #mugs #travelmugs

Large drones that have been spotted for weeks along the New Jersey shore as well as in states including New York and Pennsylvania are still a mystery. According to the New Jersey state police and Homeland Security, the drones are larger than hobbyist drones and have been seen near military research facilities such as Picatinny Arsenal in Wharton, NJ, and a Bedminster golf course owned by president-elect Donald Trump since mid-November. New Jersey's governor Phil Murphy said the state is actively monitoring the situation, along with government officials, and, "There is no known threat to the public at this time." The FBI encourages the public to call 1-800-CALL-FBI or to upload photos and videos to tips.fbi.gov. #drones #njdrones #fbi #nj #ny #pa

When you've slept poorly, it impacts everything: your ability to concentrate, your mood and how you perceive the world. Many of us will do just about anything to get quality sleep — and unfortunately, sometimes we waste money on buying the wrong things. And with the relentless ads and influencer recommendations, there's no shortage of products that promise results. Some people spend a significant chunk of money on sleep products every month, others get by just fine with their bare-minimum and some with just meditation before tucking themselves in. The big question is: How much should you spend to sleep better? Tap the link in our bio to find your answer. #sleephygiene #sleep #health #sleeptech

AI videos are now easier to generate than ever. ChatGPT's parent company OpenAI unveiled Sora AI, its video generation tool, this week. The company has been developing a new version of the video generation tool, called Sora Turbo, for months and has now made it available to the public. With Sora, ChatGPT users can create video clips with the usual text prompt, but you can also upload images and videos to guide the model. Sora Turbo is "significantly" faster and comes with several new upgrades, according to CEO Sam Altman who announced the news on Monday's 12 Days of OpenAI livestream. Sora is available starting now in the US, but not yet in Europe or the UK. #openai #sora #video #ai
