😅 Y'all...it's been a JOURNEY But one we are SO proud of Back in 2019 we we're looking at homes but the prices were ridiculous so we thought, if we're going to invest our money, we're gonna do it right. We searched and searched for the perfect property. We finally found one with incredible resources and the very best energy. Neither Chip or I had every taken on such a big project nor did either of us have any background in infrastructure design or engineering. ..but we found the very best contractors (not without many bad apples) and built a team that helped us achieve our big plans. This choice hasn't been an easy one. We work every single day. We are always tired but always moving onto the next project.
