💁‍♀️ Morning🌞: STEP 1 - Cleanser STEP 2 - Toner STEP 3 - Moisturizer STEP 4 - Serums STEP 5 - Sunscreen STEP 6 - Eye Gels/Creams Night🌛: STEP 1 - Cleanser STEP 2 - Oils STEP 3 - Serums STEP 4 - Retinols STEP 5 - Eye Gels/Creams STEP 6 - Sleep Some of my favourite brands of skincare: Beauty of Joseon (sunscreen, moisturizer, serums) Anua (toner) Antipodes (serums) Sukin1004 (Centella Line) Annemarie Börlind (everything she got) The Ordinary (retinols) Luminate (midas oil, eye serum) Reclamation Organics (toner and jojoba oil) And recently I tried Garnier Fructis Vitamin C Serum and liked it. Topical retinoid products should be avoiding during pregnancy and should only be used at night. Topical retinol increases skin sensitivity to UV rays. Use Vitamin C serums during the day, paired with sunscreen or oils containing SPF and retinols at night. In my linktree you will find my Amazon Storefront with specific products that I use, if that interests you. For @reclamationorganics and @luminateancestralskincare products use coupon code KALEIGH10 for 10% off. I have many SKINCARE highlights, numbered in order of the conversation we had here on my page, that included hundreds of people's opinions on skincare, toxins, "natural" products, drugstore products and their individual reviews. Please feel free to share in the comments the skincare that works for you and the products you like! 🧡

There were enough reports to warrant a post. Watch out for Native body wash! I have been using Sukin body wash since 2016 and have never had a problem with it, I even use it as a face wash and it keeps my skin so clear! Feel free to leave your hoo-hah friendly body wash/soap recommendations in the comments for the other hotties. 💗

Just a simple post about staying hydrated on the road and how easy it is when you aren’t too hyper-vigilant or obsessive about perfect ingredients. Staying hydrated is more important for your health than perfect ingredients. I often have people asking me why their friends who don’t have food rules and just eat what they want and drink tap water are healthier than them, when they drink filtered water, eat “clean” and avoid the “bad” foods. It’s simply a matter of getting adequate electrolytes to keep your system regulated. Staying hydrated prevents all kinds of negative health symptoms. Hydration is a matter of adequate electrolytes, fats, glucose and water containing mineral ions. You can also find good spring and mineral water at any gas station and convenience store while traveling.

Even women over 100 years of age in the Huangluo Village, where the Yao women live don't grey! Grey hair is rare among the Yao women! They may also take Chinese herbs but I haven't found any specifics on that!

The main purpose of sweat is to control body temperature. Many people have the idea that sweat contains numerous toxins and that using saunas or exercise to promote sweating is a way to detoxify the body. Sweat is actually 99% water, the other 1% is salts, metals, proteins, urea, lactic acid, fatty acids and carbohydrates; so ultimately there are no "toxins" in sweat. I suppose some people consider metals to be toxins and the body may sometimes create a fever in order to induce sweating, when a person has been exposed to too many metals, to eliminate some through sweat; but otherwise the kidneys eliminate excess metals for you. Forcing your body to sweat excessively, with the idea that you are detoxifying, will induce dehydration - which actually impairs your body's own detoxification processes. The metals eliminated through sweat are in trace amounts, and along with them go your essential electrolyte salts. Be moderate with your sweating activities and stay hydrated with spring water, fruits, soups, coconut water or electrolyte drinks. The benefits of exercise have nothing to do with sweating and more to do with blood flow, lymph flow, endorphins and improved strength and agility and the benefits of saunas have more to do with the warmth they provide the body, which improves blood circulation, especially after a cold swim or during the winter months. Make sure you chew with your mouth closed for best effects! As children we would look for loose change in the couch and on the dressers, to hopefully gather enough to buy some chewing gum. Children instinctively love chewing gum! And what a perfect time to chew gum, while the jaw is developing! Nobody had to teach us to chew gum, it was always there and we always wanted it! Many kids would try to secretly chew it during school without being caught! Bring back good chewing gum! Just a little regular sugar mixed with natural gums is all we ask for! I don't like the taste of xylitol gums and aspartame gums and so stopped chewing gum years ago! If any of you know any good sugar + gum brands, please list them in the comments! For now I am ordering pure mastic gum from Greece! There is an Orthodontist named John Mew who developed a practice called 'Mewing'. He teaches that chewing is one aspect of developing a good jaw! His son Mike Mew recommends mastic gum also! I first learned about mastic gum while working in health food stores. We sold it in capsules for ulcers, but a young Greek guy brought me the gum to chew on and told me it was good for health! However, I prefer the Juicy Fruit, Wrigleys, Bubble Tape, Bazooka, Ouch!, Double Bubble and Hubba Bubba Bubble Gum of my childhood! They have mostly all changed their formulas now and use sugar alcohols and artificial sweeteners instead of sugar!

EDIT: In Germany there is a 100% carbon filter called Sanuno! And I also forgot the Blue Dot under-sink filter which is 100% carbon. In the UK we have newly found the Ultra-Soft Carbon Block, which is 100% carbon. AO Smith in the USA also makes a 100% carbon whole house filter. Aquapur also makes 100% carbon filters I believe. So make that 9 carbon filters total that we have found! 😂 🫠🙃 Ultra-Soft UK, Sanuno, Blue Dot, Phox Alkaline, Hydros, Nispira, Ice Pure, AO Smith and Express! Can you believe this is all we found...in 2 months??? We discovered Soma actually mixes their carbon with ion-exchange resin. Alkanataur has 3 or 4 positive reports, one negative. It is carbon mixed with ceramic, but their employee couldn't tell me what type of ceramic. It may still be good, we will see! The Amazon UK filter jug was also mixed with ion-exchange resin, despite advertising that it was 100% carbon. The Dehydration Agenda fr! 😂 NOTE: Make sure you flush the water through the filters 4-7 times before drinking the water, to get rid of any loose carbon materials and produce a better taste.

This isn't meant to offend any good, honest Dentists out there. If you are triggered, you may need to check yourself in the mirror real quick! When Dr. Weston Price studied the healthiest cultures on Earth, who experienced no tooth decay, he noticed there were no dentists, toothbrushes or toothpastes in sight! The people ate mostly animal foods and foods grown in mineral rich soils. Many toothpastes contain abrasive calcium powders that wear the enamel down and ingredients that imbalance the microbiome of the mouth. We are also hearing horror stories of scammer dentists falsely diagnosising tooth issues, removing multiple teeth and performing dental procedures that were totally unnecessary, just to make a quick buck. I have also heard from Mother's who were told they were not allowed to be in the room with their own child, sometimes as young as 3 or 4. Major predatorial behaviors from many dentists. Toothpaste is a relatively new invention, only existing for around 200 years. Chewing sticks like miswak, neem, licorice and others, have been used by mankind to clean their teeth for thousands of years. They are time-tested. I haven't had a single negative report on chewing sticks for dental care. An extra-soft toothbrush is also important if you do want to continue using toothbrushes. Ensure the toothpaste you are using is low in abrasives and won't damage the oral microbiome. Just water or a tiny bit of coconut oil can work. There has been some good feedback on certain brands of commerical and natural toothpastes, which you can read in my highlights. The worst rated toothpaste overall was RISEWELL. They tried to get me to affiliate for them last year, but I don't like the cut of their jib and found their introductory message quite manipulative. Their parent company is called Illuminati LLC for some reason. 😂 There is so much knowledge available for you to learn how to care for and preserve your teeth, without Dentists! I have a link in my linktree called CURE YOUR TOOTH DECAY to help you learn about the foods that heal tooth decay. I also have 4 highlights called TOOTHPASTE (and more to come) with the saved consumer reports on dental stuffs.
