Eat Fruits And Get Ripped! You might think that fruits can make you fat because some fitness professionals say that it has a lot of sugar. I don’t believe this at all because I love fruit, and I am lean and ripped all year round. My favorite fruit or fruit bowls is açaí bowls. It has a mixture of blueberries, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, pineapple, and açaí. I love eating açaí bowls on the weekend on the beach. There is sugar in fruit, but the fruit is high in fiber. The fiber helps slow down the digestion of fruit, making it act as a complex carb. Complex carbs are slow-burning energy. What makes you fat is highly processed foods and sugary foods like cookies, cake, and ice cream. Process foods are calorically dense with low nutrients. It’s easy to overindulge junk food because of how good it tastes and how small the portions are. Does that make sense? Eating fruit can’t make you fat, but you can have too much of a good thing. The secret that keeps me ripped as well as what I teach my students is conscious eating. Suppose you eat a lot of healthy food and eat more than what your body can burn. You can add fat onto your body. I teach my students how to keep track of their macronutrients and learn about portion control. Everyone has different bodies and does various activities when it comes to burning calories for weight loss. There is no one plan for all to get people to the goals that they want. I can teach how to consciously choose foods that will help you lose fat while eating the things that you enjoy! Food is not the enemy, but how much you eat in one sitting is. Do you want me to teach you how to eat fruit and the things you love while burning fat? Comment “RIPPED FRUITS” and I’ll DM you personally to tell you how you can have fruits, açaí bowls, and more while getting to the best shape of your life!
Be A Vegan Champion! Chase Allen won 1st Place in debut physique bodybuilding at the OCB Bodybuilding Garden State Classic. He also won 2nd in the open class and 4th in overall. All top placing for his first time competing. It was a dream that Allen always wanted to accomplish, and he finally did it! When you have goals and dreams to fulfill, you do what it takes to get there. At the beginning of Allen's journey, you would think he was dreaming if you look at the picture to the left. Through radical actions and my guidance and support from my team. We helped Allen crush the competition. He was a great representative for Veganism, and many other athletes were very impressed with his physique, especially for someone vegan that consumes a whole foods plant-based diet. I help my students break the protein myths when it comes to being vegan. As you can see, he lost over 62 lbs (28kg) in 6 months! Consuming plants has all the amino acids, protein, vitamins, and minerals to achieve an award-winning physique! You don’t need animal by-products to build muscle and lose fat. All the misconceptions and scientific data that says consuming a plant-based diet are unhealthy, mal-nourished, and impossible to build muscle are wrong. When you’re helping people break myths, then what happens to those studies?! That’s why I don’t believe in the hype, and I trust the scientific data that supports a vegan lifestyle. You won’t just look like a champion, but you’re a hero to other life forms that lives on this planet as well. You can help animals, the environment, and your health. Do you want to be a vegan champion like Chase Allen? Comment “Vegan Champion,” and I’ll do now to get you started! Congrats, Chase Allen, for breaking myths and your accomplishments. It is just the beginning!
Murder for a Burger? Here’s Why I Went Vegan 🌱 This video hit me hard. It’s one of the reasons I’ve been vegan for over 12 years. I served in the U.S. Marine Corps, deployed during Operation Iraqi Freedom, and saw people face their fate in war. When I watched Gary Roski’s speech on veganism, I saw a similar pain in animals facing their fate. That was my wake-up call. Animals are sentient beings, and their emotions are undeniable. It’s why I made the shift to a plant-based lifestyle—no more contributing to unnecessary suffering. 👉 If this resonates with you, drop “PLANT BASED” below. I will reach out to you. 💪🌱
Worst Foods for High Cholesterol 🚫🍔 High cholesterol levels can be a silent threat, but what you eat has a huge impact. Processed meats, fatty bacon, and whole milk can aggravate the risk. Instead, opt for heart-healthy swaps like tempeh bacon, plant-based sausages, and organic soy or almond milk—delicious and beneficial for your heart. ❤️🌱 Looking for a diet overhaul to combat high cholesterol? Comment 'HEALTH' and I will reach out to you. #HeartHealth #CholesterolFree #VeganAlternatives
The Truth No One’s Telling You About Veganism 😬 We often talk about ourselves when it comes to veganism—our health, our gains, our diet. But where is the voice of the REAL victims? 🤔 It’s the animals who are suffering the most, and they don’t get a say in the conversation. This is why vegans get fired up! The animals are the ones who suffer for just a few moments of taste pleasure. If you’re serious about your health and you want to make a real impact, it’s time to consider the bigger picture. 🌱 Comment “ETHICAL” below, and I’ll send you my free guide on how to start incorporating plant-based foods into your life—both for your health and for the animals. 🙌
What’s Better: Ground Beef or Plant-Based Ground Beef?? 👀🤔 Let’s look at the nutrition facts: When we look at the ground beef, it has: 🥩 30g of fat per serving 🥩 11g of saturated fat per serving 🥩 85mg of cholesterol per serving (which is 28% of your daily value) 🥩 75mg of sodium per serving 🥩 17g of protein per serving Now, when it comes to cholesterol, your body can produce its own, especially when you’re 100% vegan like myself. Now let’s look at the plant based meats, specifically the Impossible Burger. This is 100% plant based: 🌿 It has 13g of fat per serving 🌿 6g of saturated fat per serving 🌿 9g of carbs 🌿 NO Cholesterol at all, your body makes its own 🌿 5g of fiber 🌿 The sodium is a bit high but the daily value is only 16%. The beef has saturated fat as well as cholesterol, while the Impossible Burger is much healthier for you while getting you all the protein you need. It’s wild how people swear eating meat makes them stronger, happier, and more confident—I used to think the same when I was on an animal-based diet. Back in my military days, I was all about hardcore, kill-or-be-killed energy. But going plant-based flipped the switch for me. I didn’t just get physically stronger—I became more peaceful, respectful, and grounded. What you put into your body reflects on the outside, but it also shapes your mind and your spirit. 👇 Drop your thoughts below.
Is the Carnivore Diet the ONLY Way? 🥩❌ Some folks, like Dr. @anthonychaffeemd, argue that a 100% meat-based diet is the ultimate way to thrive. But let’s challenge that claim for a minute… 🤔 The reality is, in the places where people live the longest — the Blue Zones — they’re not loading up on steak every day. In fact, their diets are mostly plant-based, rich in veggies, fruits, nuts, and legumes. 🌿 These people are not just surviving; they’re thriving well into their 90s and beyond. 💯 Switching to a more plant-focused diet could mean more years added to your life — and more life added to your years! I’ve been on this plant-based journey for over 11 years, and trust me, I’ve never felt stronger or more energetic. 💪🏽 👇 If you’re curious about making this shift and unlocking better health and longevity, drop “LONGEVITY” in the comments, and I’ll personally help you get started on the right path!
Did you know that cocoa flavanols can literally help your body repair itself? Studies show they stimulate stem cells from your bone marrow to go where your body needs healing—your heart, liver, skin, you name it. But here’s the deal: ❌ It’s NOT about eating sugar-loaded candy bars. ✅ You need real cacao—70% to 100% pure. The higher the percentage, the better the health benefits (yeah, it’s bitter, but worth it). I usually stick around 70-80% cacao for the perfect balance of taste and health. 👇 Drop 🔥🔥 if you want more science-backed health tips like this!
