Sometimes it's not the listed ingredients that are the issue, it's the process related chemicals that are the issue. The process of getting "natural flavors" is incredibly unnatural. This is also true for things like pesticides and herbicides - on paper vegetables are healthy, but is what's on your plate more than you bargained for? 👀🥦 🎥 Clip from my interview with @tombilyeu on the @impacttheory podcast 🎙️ #organicfood #pesticidefree #herbicide #cleaneating #cleaneats #cleanfoods #healthyfood #toxinfreeliving #inflammationrelief #toxinexposure #toxicfood #kashkhanofficial

Another case of profits over everything 🤑 As we are all impacted by the rising costs of the economy, it's important to consider a major factor that can expose us to harm: Corporate greed. Corporate greed can seriously impact our health as it can lead to the prioritization of profits over product safety. This might result in the production of subpar or harmful goods, risking the well-being of consumers 💀 Additionally, cost-cutting measures driven by greed could compromise the quality of ingredients or materials used, potentially causing health hazards or even exposing us to known harmful toxins. Look for companies that prioritize transparency - giving you all the information you need to be an informed consumer, allowing you the opportunity to make the best choices for you and your family ✅ #corporate #corporategreed #cancerawareness #cancerawarenessmonth #toxinexposure #wellnessadvocate #healthnews #healthyliving #healthandwellness #biohackingsecrets

Here are 7 kitchen items you need to throw away ASAP. Especially number 7, which you’ll find in most households and is so toxic you should never use it. But let’s start with number 1: Aluminum Foil – Studies show aluminum may leach into food and is linked to neurotoxicity. Old Dish Towels – Packed with bacteria and viruses. Teflon and Scratched Pans – Release millions of toxic nanoparticles when scratched. Plastic Food Containers – Even BPA-free plastics can leach toxins. Black Plastic Utensils – Release toxic PFAS chemicals when heated. Plastic Sponges – Full of bacteria after just a few uses. Plastic Cutting Boards – Shed billions of microplastics into your food. I don’t have time to go through all of them and give you the best alternatives, so I made a “kitchen swaps cheat sheet.” Just DM me the word “kitchen,” and I’ll send it to you for free. #cooking #cookingathome #healthycooking #cookingequipment #toxicfreeliving #toxicfree #kitchenswaps #kitchenessentials

Here's how the leather clothes you wear every day might be secretly poisoning you. Did you know that a lot of leather products in the U.S. come from Bangladesh? Bangladesh is one of the largest global exporters of leather, but here’s the problem: their tanning process uses toxic chemicals, especially chromium salts, which are sprayed directly onto the leather to preserve it. These chemicals don’t just stay on the surface—they can penetrate the leather and remain long after the product is shipped. When you wear leather items like jackets, gloves, or shoes, the chemicals can rub off onto your skin, potentially causing rashes, dryness, and even “chrome holes”—painful ulcers that are tough to heal. Hopefully, in 2025, RFK will regulate these toxic imports to the U.S. #leatherjacket #leatherclothing #zarawoman #zara #fastfashion #leatherindustry

This is why you should never brush your teeth immediately after eating. Most people think brushing after meals is ideal, but research shows that’s not always the case. When you eat, especially acidic foods like fruit or tomatoes, your tooth enamel softens temporarily. Brushing too soon while enamel is softened can actually push the acids deeper, causing more damage. This can lead to faster enamel erosion, which is irreversible and makes teeth more vulnerable to decay and sensitivity. To protect your enamel, wait at least 30 minutes after eating before brushing. This gives your saliva time to naturally neutralize the acids, allowing your enamel to re-harden. In the meantime, you can rinse with water or chew sugar-free gum to freshen your breath without damaging enamel. I also made a full "oral hygiene cheat sheet" you can follow for proper oral health. Just comment the word "oral" below, and I will DM it to you for free. #oralhealth #oralcare #OralHygiene #teethcare #teethcleaning #toothpaste #brushingteeth

Here’s what happened last week to make America healthy again: 1. Representative Frank Pallone Jr. called on the FDA to ban Red Dye 3, a chemical still used in food to make it look more colorful. It’s been linked to cancer in animals and could harm kids. Even though it’s been banned in makeup for decades, it’s still allowed in food. Pallone is urging the FDA to take action, especially now with so many colorful holiday treats on store shelves. 2. President-elect Donald Trump announced that Robert F. Kennedy Jr., his pick to lead Health and Human Services, will investigate childhood vaccines and their potential link to autism, as well as other possible causes. RFK Jr. highlighted that in 1962, there were only five vaccines recommended for children. Since 2019, that number has grown to 72 doses for young kids, a trend he called disturbing and worth investigating. 3. The Supreme Court backed the FDA’s efforts to ban flavored vapes with artificial flavors like strawberry and cookies. These flavors have been linked to lung diseases and hospitalizations of teenagers across the country. This is a significant step forward in protecting young people from harmful vaping products. 4. The USDA introduced new rules requiring raw milk to be tested for bird flu. Farms will now have to test and report positive cases to help stop the spread of the virus and protect farm workers. This replaces old voluntary guidelines that weren’t effective and will make tracking outbreaks much easier. #BreakingNews #BREAKING #MakeAmericaHealthyAgain #MakeAmericaGreatAgain #RFK #ROBERTKENNEDY #Trump2024 #healthnews #healthyliving

Let me explain why you should always freeze your bread. Studies reveal that how you store your bread can make a big difference in blood sugar levels. A small but fascinating study showed that people who ate bread that was previously frozen had significantly lower blood sugar spikes than those who ate fresh or toasted bread. Why? The freezing process changes the bread's starch structure, making it harder for the body to break down, which helps moderate the glucose response. Plus, freezing bread prevents it from going stale as quickly, helping it last longer and reducing food waste—a win-win scenario. Just pop it in the freezer and toast or thaw it when needed. #bread #breadrecipe #breadbaking #sourdough #sourdoughbread #crabs #carbohydrates #glutenfree #healthyfood #healthyeating

Avoid long hot shower sessions! Let me explain. Almost all cities around the world add a chemical called “chlorine” to water to kill germs. While it helps disinfect your water, this chemical has been linked to issues like respiratory problems, skin irritation, and even hormonal imbalances. And your skin can filter most of it out. However, chlorine is a volatile compound, meaning it easily turns from liquid to gas. So when you take that steaming hot shower, you’re actually inhaling it straight into your bloodstream. And in just a 60-minute hot shower, you inhale as much chlorine as drinking 8.5 cups of tap water. So make sure to use a filter head in your shower to filter out these toxic chemicals. And if you’ve been taking hot showers all your life without a filter, you might want to consider doing a quick detox protocol to get rid of these chemicals. Just comment the word “detox,” and I will send you all the details. #shower #showerroutine #hotshower #coldshowers #health #healthylifestyle #healthyliving #toxicfree

Ladies, you have to stop wearing these workout leggings when you train—and I’m going to tell you exactly why. Most people have no idea that all sports leggings are treated with PFAS chemicals, also known as “forever chemicals.” These are added to make fabric stain-resistant or sweat-wicking. But these chemicals actually don’t break down in your body for years, causing all kinds of issues like reduced immunity, fertility problems, and all kinds of metabolic diseases. There was actually a study where they tested 32 popular activewear brands and found that 25% of leggings contained extreme levels of PFAS chemicals—especially around the crotch area, where the skin is so thin that they get absorbed into your bloodstream within seconds. So, ladies, if you regularly wear these, there are some protocols you can do to get these toxins out of your body. Just comment the word “detox,” and I'll show you how. #womenhealth #womanhealth #trainingwear #gymleggings #gymclothes #gymclothes #yogaleggings #toxicfree #healthyliving

For every breath you take inside your own home, your lifespan gets reduced by a full minute. Let me explain. Many people don’t know this, but the indoor air quality is actually 2 to 5 times more polluted than the air outside. And this is the official data by the EPA, not some woo-woo study. But how is this possible? Because of our cleaning products, cooking fumes, furniture off-gassing, paints, and even building materials. An average person spends 90% of their time indoors, breathing these toxins, leading to all kinds of respiratory issues, asthma, and inflammation in your whole body—making you sick over time. That’s why I recommend that people detox their bodies on a regular basis. If you wanna learn more, just comment the word ‘Detox,’ and I will send you all the details. #airquality #AirQualityMatters #airpollution #airpollution #healthylifestyle #toxicfree #ToxicFreeLiving #healthyliving

Keto can feel amazing at first—you’re burning fat, your brain is firing on ketones, and you’ve got tons of energy. But after a few weeks, it might all come crashing down. For some people, a gene called APOA2 makes it hard to keep using fat for energy, leading to brain fog, hormone problems, and feeling awful. The tricky part? It happens so far into the diet that most people don’t realize keto is the issue. Some big names in the keto world have faced this—try guessing who in the comments! Also If you wanna learn more about your DNA, just comment the word 'DNA,' and I’ll send you all the details. #keto #ketorecipes #ketodiet #ketofriendly #ketolife #ketodinner #ketolifestyle #lowcarb
