If this is you, take a deeper look at how you can optimize your kiddo!! In fact, every human should do this ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Our bodies can be optimized, whether there is a diagnosis or not. Severity or not. We can always improve function! โ€œCopper (p=0.020) and ceruloplasmin (p=0.045) levels, or significantly higher than those apparently healthy children. ASD was significantly associated with zinc deficiency (p=0.000) and copper toxicity (p=0.05)โ€ -National TACA Autism Conference 2023 When we remove toxins, lower, inflammation, support methylation and mitochondria, we can see drastic improvements in children. It is literally what gets me excited for each day. Every single body is different, but we can always work on cellular health and improving our God given bodies! to learn more about how you can do this, comment ready below and I will send you my FREE guide on How to Optimize Kids with ADHD, Autism and PANS! You have no idea just how much potential they have ๐Ÿ™ƒ #ADHD #Autism #Pans #Pandas #CellularHealth #BrainHealth #Inflammation #neuroInflammation#Tics #OCD #Meltdowns #Anxiety #KidsHealth #OptimizeKids #FightForKids

SAVE this post, because itโ€™s awesome. Autism explained, specifically the methylation cycle and what is really happening inside your sweet kiddos body. When we have a better understanding of whatโ€™s happening, then we have a better idea of how to support it. 3 main malfunctions: Folic acid or folate ๐Ÿšซโžก๏ธ methylfolate Low glutathione Mitochondrial dysfunction KEY factors explained!!! Things to help support all of these factors: Removing toxins Whole Foods and nutrients Avoiding medications if possible Supplementing minerals One thing that supports all 3 factorsโ€ฆ.activation. Activation increases the bodyโ€™s ๐’‘๐’“๐’๐’…๐’–๐’„๐’•๐’Š๐’๐’ of glutathione. Increases it by 300% ๐Ÿคฏ Glutathione is the master immune regulator and cellular detoxifier Activation also supports the body to create more mitochondria and ๐ก๐ž๐š๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐ž๐ซ mitochondria Even if your child only eats 5 foods. Sounds too good to be true, I know. But there are 30 peer reviewed PubMed studies ON the exact activator Iโ€™m talking about. Not on the idea of activation (many more of those) but on this specific activator. Articles by Washington State University, American Heart Association, Wall Street Journal, Princeton and more. To learn more, comment ACTIVATION. Letโ€™s optimize the way our childโ€™s body works!!! And see for yourself ๐Ÿ˜ And thank you Dr. Sonya Doherty @ Treat Autism #autism #glutathione #cellularhealth #rootcause #methylation #mthfr #mitochindria #autismkids #pediatrichealth

The meltdown, the anxiety, lack of focus, and other ADHD symptomsโ€ฆ. Are actually โžคpoor methylation from gene variants โžคlow glutathione production from gene variations AND toxins (hello Tylenol and other meds they might be getting) โžคWeak mitochondria from being taxed to help the above โžคInflammation, from all of the above. Tons of inflammation. Learn how you can drastically help all of these and watch your kiddos symptoms improve right before your eyes. I encourage you to know that there are ๐ซ๐ž๐š๐ฌ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ your child is having symptoms of adhd or poor behavior. There is no ADHD gene. There are certainly genes that can contribute to the body functioning a certain way that may lead to ADHD symptoms. A child having many angry outbursts means the child is just not feeling that well on the inside. When we start to focus on the whole body and supporting the pathways and the cellular functions that affect every cell in our body, there is a domino effect on every aspect of the body. Comment ACTIVATE for my favorite way to support our cellular balancing and functions ๐ŸŒŸ #ADHD #ChildBehavior #Tantrums #Focus #Attention #Childโ€™sHealth #Inflammation #CellularHealth

I donโ€™t really like making โ€œnegativeโ€ posts like this. Because I certainly donโ€™t mean it to be negative! So often as moms, we want to provide our children, joy and happiness, and give them all the things they love. first and foremost, if your child is a picky eater, I always recommend ADDING nutrients before taking things away. Depriving them more by eliminating the three foods they eat is not ideal either. BUT, I have spoken with some moms who noticed that their children tend to eat other healthier snacks when they donโ€™t even have the Cheez-Its in the house. I personally have never bought Cheez-Its, Oreos, goldfish, or mini muffins. My kids ask for normal kid cereal and I just say sorry bud we donโ€™t have that, but we have this one! I am certainly not casting any shade or shame EVER, we all need to start somewhere. I am just giving you the permission and encouragment to do the same ๐Ÿ˜ŠIt feels really good to have quality, healthier snacks in my home that I donโ€™t need to stress over my children binge on them. That is why I share this with you ๐Ÿ˜Š Do you find it difficult to not buy the crappy snacks? #PickyEater #KidsSnacks #BetterAlternatives #AvocadoOilChips #OrganicCleaningGradients #CleanSnacks #Healthy #Inflammation #GutHealth

The 2 things I think are most important when it comes to picky eatingโ€ฆ 1. Zero stess or expectation. Zero. 2. Consistent exposure I think most moms feel that consistent exposure is overwhelming, or perhaps wasteful, cooking one piece of broccoli would take minutes. you just need to remember to have some carrots in hand or a cucumber in the refrigerator. And put ONE on there! I KNOW kids are difficult, but you are calmly in control. Keep cool and keep exposing. You are awesome mama!!! They WILL grow up at least knowing what a veggie is if you put it there. #pickyeater #autism #adhd #kidmeals #veggiesforkids

These are things I think to myself โ€œwow I love thisโ€ Comment LINKS for all the links. Vegan butter usually has horrible ingredients. Not this one! And Iโ€™m not knocking real grass-fed butter. Also amazing. PRE-GLUED eyelashes. Omg. Iโ€™ve gotten extensions, chemically curled and tinted eyelashes, magnet eyelashes and glued eyelashesโ€ฆ.these are stupid easy and amazing. Best water bottle. Been using a while. Glass. 34oz. Fits in car cup holder. Straw option AND sealed top come with it. Vacuum. Sooo light. Best for hardwood. My entire first floor is hardwood, I have 2 small area rugs and it does good enough but mostly amazing for non-carpet floors. Hydrogen water bottle from @tryevolv and it marks all the checks in the things you look for in a hydrogen bottle. Reduces oxidative stress and shifts your microbiome to the good bacteria ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป Comment LINKS โœจ #thingsimloving #happiness #lifethings
