When they says “it just a little” or “the dose makes the poison” 😳. All I can say is WAKE UP. Absolutely everything is affecting our children and their health is declining due to our air, water, food sources, dyes, inflammatory oils, fragrance, heavy meals etc. our children deserve better outcomes. We must take action and do nether because with everything going on you have to realize they are NOT for us. When we know better we do better.

Hey I see I have lots of new followers so I wanted to introduce myself and even reintroduce myself since I have done a-lot of growing since creating this account back in 2013. ⁣I’m Jasyra Santiago Hines the person behind iamjasyra formally Fit4arn. Why the name change? For a while I have been wanting to change my name not because fitness is no longer apart of me but because complete wellness is what I like to focus on. Fitness is only one component of health and I didn’t want to be known for just the girl who works out.⁣ ⁣ A little more about me I am married & have been with my husband since 2007. We are college sweet hearts. We became parents December 2020. We have a happy silly daughter named Zoe pronounced Zo. ⁣I practice Montessori and gentle parenting with her. She also is learning English, Spanish and ASL. I am a registered nurse but left bedside in 2016 and my nurse anesthetist graduate program after eliminating 72k of student loan debt. I started a fitness business in 2013 that then turned into a full time business and evolved through the years into educating on complete wellness. I see myself as a jack of all trades. In the past I have hosted fitness challenges, one to one coached for anxiety, personal trained, instructed fitness classes, participated in product campaigns, created a planner, competed for magazine covers, became a cannabis consultant, podcasted and the list goes on. ⁣ ⁣ After having my daughter early due to 🦠 causing preclampsia I’ve been dealing with some health issues due to a pharmaceutical injury so right now I focus on being a SAHM, finding my total body healing and sharing what I learn along the way. This is a huge transition in my life but I do hope that from this bad experience I will become a much stronger healthier person. ⁣I’m a huge advocate to mental illness, I am a suicide survivor after big pharma injury& a firm believer that the body can heal naturally when given the right remedies, supplements, environment &toxin free products. You can probably call me that crunchy mama here to help you make healthier decisions with your food, meds and everyday products. Thank you 4 following me & supporting all the phases in my life.

Let’s stop the “Ponte Vicks” My Hispanic community let’s stop the advice of ponte Vicks on everything. It’s toxic and not safe. ⁣ Vapo rub was always a staple in my childhood. My grandmom and mother use to rub me down with it when I was sick and I know so many Hispanics still do this. Let’s stop this… ⁣ Vapo rub contains ⁣ ⁣ Camphor - known to cause seizures and be poisonous in larger quantities. ⁣ ⁣ Turpentine oil - can damage the lungs, and respiratory system as well as burn the skin and eyes. If ingested it may cause renal failure.⁣ ⁣ Menthol: It does not actually break up mucus or clear airways but the smell does trick your brain into thinking you are less congested.⁣ ⁣ Petroleum- It creates a barrier on the skin that can lock in bacteria and toxins causing them to build up and leading to skin irritation.⁣ ⁣ Fragrance - one word may contain any number of over 3,000 ingredients. Most of those have never been tested for safety and many are toxic.⁣ ⁣ What can you do?
