I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. You don’t need a lot of land to Homestead. The most sustainable model of homesteading is 1 acre or less. Running a small scale farm even in an urban area is possible.

Get out there and find your people. Special people on your life are far too rare. Common ground is a great place to start from. Also if someone doesn’t have the same messed up sense of humor as you, are you even friends?

@defendbytactacam is my favorite new way of keeping an eye on things. Honestly, I love seeing all my animal friends here on the property. It’s really cool being able to pick up videos of them off the app. It’s a side of my land I never saw before.

The rise of the toolbelt generation is, to me, a sign that the wave of thought that has dominated for so long has crested, and is rolling back out, while a new wave rolls in.
