Happy birthday to my dear husband. Never did I imagine that I would be able to gift you a BENZ car. Let me share a brief story about Charlie’s gift. Some of you may know that ours is an arranged marriage by our parents. We got married in December 2012 and within a month, we both moved to the USA. So, I didn’t know much about Charlie, not even basic things like his favorite color or food. I flew all the way from India to the USA with a stranger, trusting that God would not fail me. Charlie’s first birthday request after marriage was a Benz, setting a humorous tone🤪. Despite job changes, COVID-19, and becoming a full-time influencer, I managed to buy him a fully-paid Benz (AMG GLE 53) this year, all thanks to God’s grace and you guys support. It’s been a journey of faith, but I’m grateful for every step. So, I arranged a photographer @wallacedlee . Let me tell you, his patience is remarkable. This reel is just a 1-minute video, but he insisted on waiting for the perfect sunset and dark night to capture it. He almost spent 3 to 4 hours on it. Even when we were saying ‘yes, that’s enough,’ he kept saying he’ll capture a few more scenes and details, which shows his sincerity and he was so excited to capture all the pretty details of the car and did an amazing photoshoot for me. It is absolutely beyond my expectations. We celebrated our 12-year anniversary yesterday, and it was such a blessed day! Charls took the day off, and we spent half of it relaxing at home 🤪. Since Charls was home, I prepared beef biryani—his favorite dish. Later, we picked up Immanuel from school, did a little cake cutting, and Charls gave me the most amazing gift: the DJI Pocket 3 Content Creator Kit and the DJI Osmo Mobile 6 Gimbal! Now, about that gift—it’s not exactly a surprise! 😂 Charls was saying, “I don’t know what to gift you since you already get everything through collaborations. It’s hard to find something!” So, I told him, “Don’t stress about it! I’ll send you what I want, and you can ‘surprise’ me by getting it!” 😂 Guess what? I sent him my wishlist, and he went ahead and “surprised” me with exactly what I asked for! 🤣 We had such a good laugh about it—who says surprises can’t be planned, right? But I don’t think he’ll be saying the same thing for my Christmas gift this time—hahahaha! 😂 I even told him, “If you need any help with my Christmas gift, let me know—I already have my wishlist ready!” Bahahaha😂 To end the day, we went out to Texas Roadhouse for dinner. The food was absolutely delicious, and it was the perfect way to wrap up our special day. I thank God every single day for these 12 wonderful years of marriage. It has truly been a blissful journey, living with you and sharing our lives together. You bring so much joy into my world, and I am forever grateful to my parents for bringing us together.My life feels so fulfilled because of God, you, and our little family.
