🚀If you’re sick of struggling with Hashimoto’s, listen up: Helping women reverse Hashimoto’s symptoms naturally is my life’s work. I take it very seriously. My clients have: → Improved their energy → Lost weight without counting calories → Improved digestion after months of bloating & 💩💩💩 → Weaned off medication → Improved their menstrual cycle or had it return after months of being absent They never have to worry about feeling overwhelmed & lost again because they have a research-based system to help them reverse their symptoms naturally. The reason this works so well is because it’s NOT just another random tip you saw on social media or advice from Dr. Google, but it’s a proven method to fit your unique situation. Want to see if this will work for you too? 👉🏼 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁/ 𝗗𝗠 𝗺𝗲 “𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗥𝗧” #hashimotos #hashimotosdisease #hypothyroid #hypothyroidism #hashimotodiet
Your doctor might tell you there’s nothing you can do, but here’s the 4-Step framework I use to reverse my patients’ Hashimoto’s symptoms 🧵👇 Step 1: Hashimoto’s Specific Nutrition Most people think you give up gluten and that’s it. Instead, I want you to think that’s just the beginning. Once you start going beyond that, here are the results you can expect to happen: → Know what to eat for Hashimoto’s (based on research) → Avoid foods that flare your symptoms → Start decreasing inflammation, support immune and gut health, & jump-start weight loss Step 2: Exercise Along with step 1, you want to move your body. Why? Because if you don’t move, you will become more tired, more pain, & more inflammed. Step 3: Assess & repair your gut After you’ve successfully accomplished Steps 1 and 2, now it’s time to address the gut. → Fix your gut →Then this can improve your: * immune system * weight * mood * sleep * skin Step 4: Lifestyle & Environmental Factors That’s it! Now it’s time to tackle this last step. If you did Steps 1 - 3, this Step 4 should feel like the natural next step. We addressed the internal factors, now let’s address some external factors. The reason this framework works so well is because it goes straight for the 𝗿𝗼𝗼𝘁 𝗰𝗮𝘂𝘀𝗲𝘀. So, don’t fall into the trap of taking thyroid hormones and thinking you are done. Do this instead.❤️. Trying to figure it out in your own can be a a recipe for disaster—especially with something as complex as Hashimoto’s.🔥 It’s easy to fall into the trap of quick fixes—supplements, trendy diets, or detoxes that promise results but only scratch the surface. The real problem? You’re treating symptoms, not addressing the root cause. And if you don’t understand the root cause how do you know what you’re even treating? It might feel like you’re making progress, but without addressing what’s truly driving your Hashimoto’s, you’re stuck in a cycle of frustration and wasted effort. So let’s move beyond symptom-chasing and get to the root of what’s holding you back. 🌱 #hashimotos
Doing the same things and expecting a different result is crazy right?🤪 But that’s what so many people do. They keep 𝘵𝘳𝘺𝘪𝘯𝘨 the 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 things that don’t work. They keep 𝘭𝘪𝘷𝘪𝘯𝘨 the 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 life that fuels Hashimoto’s. They keep 𝘣𝘦𝘪𝘯𝘨 the 𝘴𝘢𝘮𝘦 person and expecting a different results. Hashimoto’s doesn’t happen randomly. It’s often the result of months or years of stress, poor diet, lack of sleep, and even negative self-talk. If you continue the same habits, your body won’t have the opportunity to heal because it’s still stuck in the environment that caused the imbalance. So you stay stuck. Your weight stays stuck. But your medication keeps going up📈😖 You can’t heal in the same environment—both inside and out—that contributed to your Hashimoto’s. Healing requires change. But many struggle to change on their own because real transformation requires more than just willpower or following a diet handout. It’s about having the right tools, support, and guidance to follow through with the changes until they replace your old habits. Are you ready for change?
