If you need new jeans, a winter coat, or work boots, now’s a good time to buy. Tariffs on steel, aluminum, and raw materials could raise prices on everyday items, plus construction and manufacturing costs. U.S. companies relying on overseas production will face supply chain disruptions, leading to short-term price hikes. Plan ahead now to avoid potential shortages and rising costs! #Tariffs #SupplyChain #Prepping #PlanAhead #RisingPrices

I spent the last 4 1/2 years growing and building my YouTube channel in this studio here at my house. As of yesterday, we have completely taken it apart and moved it to our new location where we will build the new studio next week. It’s always scary to let go of the thing that you’ve known for so long but, that’s just part of growth. As we continue to grow and develop as Preppers, never be afraid of letting go of the past in order to grow into the future. Change is not always a bad thing…
To stay warm, fuel your body right: freeze-dried or just-add-water meals are ideal. If your oven’s working, baking bread or cookies will warm your home and keep you cozy. Ramen or canned foods are great too, and don’t forget high-calorie snacks! Most importantly, stay hydrated—drink 8 oz. of water per hour to keep your body’s processes running smoothly. Warm water helps retain heat! #WinterTips #Survival #poweroutagetips
Keep warm even in a power outage! From electric blankets to hot water bottles, small heat sources can make all the difference. Got a backup battery? A heating pad or solar-powered blanket can last all night. No power? Hot water bottles work wonders. Layer up and stay cozy! 🔥 #Preparedness #SurvivalHacks #WinterWarmth #EmergencyPrep #StayWarm #OffGridLiving #SolarPower #PowerOutageTips
I just celebrated my 20th wedding anniversary this past weekend with my beautiful wife. I was fortunate enough to marry someone who has understood me better than myself, to cheer me on and support me in my dreams. My main drive and motivation as a prepper is to ensure the well-being of my family, to do all I can to secure their future, and I’m honored to have someone that shares those same goals and ambitions. I am a fortunate and blessed man. Here’s to many more years together as we continue on this journey together.
Great time getting to meet up and have dinner with the one and only Cliff, aka Urban Prepper.
At the University of Washington this weekend. Absolutely stunning campus. Cold and wet just as I imagined for Seattle. Miss sunny Southern California but this is a nice change of pace.
Newest team member to the City Prepping team…a tractor (Kubota BX23S)! There’s a lot that needs to get done on the property and well, I need a force multiplier. I’ll update the community shortly on the YouTube channel. @kubotausa #tractor #prepper #offgrid
Working on a script with my new sidekick, Romulus. He’s great at making messes, sleeping on the cool floors, sneaking off the property at night, and just being all-around stubborn. But he’s got a killer bark that will make people reconsider coming on the property. We’ve dealt with a few break-ins in the last week and this should hopefully curb that issue. #prepper #grandpyrenees
A24’s Civil War … about to check it out. Movie review up on my YouTube channel on Saturday. Seen it? Like it or hate it? Let me know. #review #preppers #civilwar
I cannot emphasize how important our health is in this community. It’s easy to talk about getting in shape, but it’s often so difficult. I have dropped 10 pounds in the last six weeks by exercise and diet and I feel so much better. I still have a ways to go for my weight loss but I’m taking this serious and I hope to show instead of just telling. Is there anything holding you back? If so, what is it? #prepper #diet #exercise #health #healthyfood
