🌟🪽 How excited are you for Onyx Storm to come out? I still have to read Iron Flame, but either way I'm super excited! I hope/want to read Iron Flame very soon. First I'm gonna finish my Christmas read, and then I'm finally ready to head back to Basgiath and Xaden 🪽🌟 I pre-ordered the Dutch limited edition from @zomerkeuning at @somanypages, and I can't wait to have it actually in my hands (instead of photoshopping it in haha). 🎁🎄🎅🏼 Do you exchange Secret Santa gifts with someone? I did a (not so) secret Santa with @chaptersnpages! We give eachother our Amazon wishlist and add some personal stuff. This year I got "Thirty Days in Paris" and a little alphabet book for our little boy next year! 🎁🩵 and... I got loaaads of Kinder chocolate 🍫😍 (I only ate half the Santa so far, I promise). I love the books and everything! I also have a secret Santa with some bookfriends where we have a "5 Days of Christmas" and open a present for 5 days until Christmas is here! Can't wait to open the first presents.. they're waiting under the tree! 🎄🎅🏼

🎄🎅🏼 Review || 🌟 Did you finish some Christmas books already? After I've read 4 or 5 novella's, I've finished my first full length Christmas book this morning! I woke up at 5am and couldn't sleep anymore, so I continued this fun read and loved it! -------‐------------☆--------------------- Wat een fijn boek was dit! Ik had nog niet eerder iets van @iris_schrijft gelezen, maar dit is me heel goed bevallen. Ik vond de personages Holly en Olivier erg leuk en ze hebben me heerlijk doen wegzwijmelen in de kerstsferen. Het verhaal las lekker vlot, de evenementen liepen lekker door en fijn in elkaar over. Hierdoor wilde ik niet stoppen met lezen (en dat heb ik dus ook niet gedaan). Je weet dat er een romance gaat komen tussen Holly en Olivier natuurlijk, maar hoe het precies zou gaan was een feestje om te ontdekken. Ik zou heel graag Olivier nog wel beter hebben leren kennen, maar ik heb me enorm vermaakt met deze twee! Zin om lekker weg te zwijmelen, in liefde op de werkvloer maar tevens ook enemies to lovers? (En he falls first?) Ga dit dan even heel snel oppakken! Want als je hierna nog niet in de liefdevolle kerstsferen zit, weet ik het ook niet meer 😉

🎅 did you set a reading goal for this year? was it a good reading year so far? So far, I've read 57 books (a hand full are Christmas novella's), but I didn't set a goal this year. And I'm glad though - no pressure, just reading.. it was perfect for this year! I think I will do the same next year. Just see what happens.🎄 Overall I think it was a good reading year so far. I've found some new favourites and I think I will make a list by the end of the year of my favs of 2024.

I've read 5 novella's so far in the last few weeks, and I started the first full length this morning (Alles draait om kerst - freely translated: everything is about Christmas). 🎄☃️ Snowed In, by Catherine Walsh I'm currently reading (or actually listening to) 'Snowed In' by Catherine Walsh! So far, it's a really fun and cute read. I loved her previous Christmas book so much, that I really wanted to read this one. So far, they are gonna do some fake dating, so if you like that trope, this might be your book! Have you read this one already, or maybe her previous book?

I think today will be filled with tea, and maybe I'll make a hot cocoa too ☕️ I'm currently not reading any physical book, but I'm listening to Snowed In, by Catherine Walsh. So far I really like it! 🎧📖 The book in my photo is "Een Missie vol Magie", a Dutch middlegrade that was so much fun to read! It is magical with Narnia vibes and perfect for this time of year ☃️

🎄🎅🏼🌟 Hello December! And it's December already, the last month of 2024. I'm so ready for 2025, but also Christmas and hopefully all the fun and beautiful things that are ahead of us! Also, I can start my advent calendar today! There's something creative everyday, so hopefully I can get more creative this month. I should really do some bullet journaling again 📕✨️ I'm still not reading much, but I'm listening to Snowed In by Catherine Walsh (Ingesneeuwd met Kerst), and so far it's fun again. I also hope to pick up some more Chrisrmas reads, but my mind is so full with so many things. 😅 Always busy, these last two months of the year. Have a nice Sunday!
