IT’S COOKIE TIIIIIIIIME!! Welcoming back our seasonal Xmas cookie sour. Orange cookies is a Berliner base whipped with a touch of milk sugar, heaps of tangerines, hand zested orange peel, along with a winter spice blend of ginger, clove, and cinnamon. And for the kicker we threw in some orange frosted cookies for good measure! it tastes like a spiced vanilla cookie with fresh orange frosting. COMING WINTER 2025 AURORA BREWING CO ‘CUSE! It’s with intense excitement, that after many years of searching, we’re announcing that we’ve finally found a home in Syracuse. We approached our old friend Jason late this summer to ask his plans for @nowandlaterbar Tipp Hill location, and how we’d love to make it our home should he decide to focus on his downtown location. And the rest is history! Syracuse has always been special for Aurora, as has Now & Later. Ya’ll have been a top consumer, supporter, and champion of our brews since we opened. It only makes sense that we get our beers on draft and in cans a little closer to you. They’ll be lots of details to reveal as we go, but know that we will be taking what we do in Rochester and at our main location here in King Ferry, to Cuse. That includes our awesome food menu and draft list. The aim is to be open by February 1st, but stay tuned here and follow @aurorabrewcocuse for updates! From the Abbey of Aurora, comes our first ever bottled Belgian Triple. We brewed this last winter, based off a very old original Aurora recipe from 2016. We have been bottle conditioning this until now. Chief Rocker is a ten percent Belgian style triple. Easy, malty, rich, but balanced, exhibiting the supreme drinkability and rich malty character of a classic triple. Notes of light brown sugar, orange citrus, and honey lead to a warm, soft and round finish. Available in 500ml bottles at both @aurorabrewco and @aurorabrewcoroc for $9. THE HOP FORMERLY KNOW AS HBC-586 Finally got its flowers. Now referred to as Krush. Hands down one of our favorite “new” American hops, Krush is just a straight juice bomb, and deserves a spot on the stage next to favorites like Citra and Mosaic. We love this variation of Fresh to Death. Aromas of pineapple, peach, and pink grapefruit give way to a soft and juicy mouthfeel, with that signature fresh to death balance. Tis the season! Our seasonal release of Reindeer Breath is dropping today in cans at both @aurorabrewco and @aurorabrewcoroc REINDEER BREATH A chocolatey, balanced stout conditioned on toasted cocoa nibs, candy canes, and chocolate peppermint bark. It’s a smooth and chocolatey pour, reminiscent of your favorite chocolate covered peppermint candy. It’s absolutely what you need to be drinking right now and for the rest of the holidays. Name and label designed by our favorite in house artist, Isla. Who has been asking her dad for years to name one of his beers Reindeer Breath. Here it is!! We are very excited to also have launched this beer with our distribution partners in multiple states. @craftmass @seaboardproducts and @lknifeandson in Massachusetts, @reveriedistribution in Virginia, @vlandnh in New Hampshire, @sarenecraftbeer and @tjsheehandistributing in NY state, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Say hello to our latest Pils! Surf Highway, our New Zealand Pilsner gets dry hopped with @freestylehops peacharine hops along with a dose of Citra Spectrum hop extract. We’ve previously only used peacharine in our Fresh to Death line but thought it would make a fantastic aroma hop in this new school lager. The proof is right here! Mega terpalicious featuring a blend of NZ hops and phantasm for maximum Terpines along with Kush Pop featuring #cryopop hop blend for maximum aromas. Both beers are off the charts with hop saturation. The return of #swishinndishin to kick off the @nyknicks season featuring all citra hops-cryo and liquid hops, with the latest rotational suit label from the one and only Knicks great @realwaltclydefrazier #gonygonygo Beast of Burlington and Blümen return! Two core, old standby beers that we love! #littlelobster returns with a fresh batch of our favorite little lPA— wildflower honey, citra, galaxy. We’ve just dropped 4 fresh lagers! Our classic German Pilsner, Aeon, along with a fresh batch of our house roasted pumpkin spice cream ale (the first batch sold out in days!) along with two smoked beers—Fällen slightly Smokey Helles and Der Rauchgarten smoked Marzen!
