Their voice is heard and respected both in Ukraine and abroad, where Russia seeks to influence politics and propagate war through its church structures. We must continue our joint efforts to bring peace closer. I am grateful for supporting our people, for praying for Ukrainians—those on the frontlines and those who are no longer with us.

Commander-in-Chief Syrskyi reported on the frontline and the areas of the Kursk operation. There are already over three thousand wounded and killed North Korean soldiers in the Kursk region. Russia is simply disposing of them in assaults. Why the Koreans should fight for Putin is a question that no normal person on Earth can answer. And unfortunately, the world is doing almost nothing to counter the criminal collaboration between Russia and North Korea. Although it is a threat to every state – including those near the Korean Peninsula, to China, to others, and to states in our region and elsewhere in the world. The fact that Moscow is transferring military technologies to North Korea and helping the Pyongyang regime to abuse people and keep a part of the Korean people as slaves of one family. When this happens, you realize that the words of those who call on Russia not to expand the war and not to aggravate the situation are not worth much. Moscow does not understand words. But it must feel strength. Peace through strength is possible. And we will do everything to achieve peace.

Чому корейці повинні воювати за Путіна, жодна нормальна людина на землі не відповість. І на жаль, світ майже нічого не робить, щоб протидіяти злочинній колаборації Росії та Північної Кореї. Хоча для кожної держави і поруч із Корейським півостровом для Китаю, для інших, також державам у нашому регіоні та будь-де у світі це загроза. Те, що Москва передає військові технології в Північну Корею та допомагає режиму в Пхеньяні знущатися з людей і тримати частину корейського народу в рабстві однієї родини. Коли таке відбувається, розумієш, що небагато варті слова тих, хто закликає Росію не розширювати війну і не робити ситуацію гіршою. Москва слів не розуміє. Але повинна відчувати силу. Мир завдяки силі можливий. І ми зробимо все, щоб миру досягти.

We are grateful for the UK's extensive defense, political and economic support to our state. Today’s discussion focused on advancing our cooperation. The main topics were support for Ukrainian arms production, training for Ukrainian military personnel, sanctions on Russia's shadow tanker fleet, and the JEF Summit in Estonia. Our state is interested in deepening cooperation with JEF and pursuing full membership in the organization. We also spoke about the 100-year partnership agreement between our states, which is currently being drafted. We value the strong partnership between our states and all the assistance in achieving a just peace and lasting security.

Today, the removal of debris and rubble in Kyiv following yesterday's missile attack has been completed. And today, the works also continue throughout the day in our Kherson after Russian bombs hit an oncology center. Fortunately, there were no casualties: people – patients and medical staff – had taken shelter. This center remained operational even during the war, in a limited capacity – providing only those services that could not be relocated from Kherson to other hospitals in the region. In particular, the linear accelerator was located exclusively there, in Kherson, and it was the only place in the city offering radiotherapy treatment. The Russians could not have been unaware that this is specifically a medical facility, and one of great value to the residents of Kherson. So this deliberate strike was nothing less than a heinous act of cruelty against civilians. There were also Russian strikes on Kharkiv, on Nikopol, on the Donetsk region. It is pure terror, deliberately carried out by Russia, for which these inhumane individuals from Russian aviation are even being rewarded. But they will certainly be held accountable – the time will come. And we will definitely continue to strike Russian military targets – with drones and missiles, increasingly with Ukrainian-made ones, specifically targeting military bases and Russian military infrastructure used in this terror against our people. Our defense is entirely just. I thank all those around the world who support Ukraine in this, particularly those advocating for increased defense spending in European countries, for the modernization and technological advancement of arsenals in Europe. And I thank all those who ensure that the pressure on Russia for this war is increased.

Сьогодні завершився розбір уламків та завалів у Києві після вчорашньої ракетної атаки. І сьогодні ж протягом дня також тривають роботи в Херсоні – після влучання російських бомб в онкодиспансер. На щастя, обійшлося без жертв: люди були в укритті – пацієнти та медичний персонал. Цей диспансер працював і в час війни в обмеженому режимі – тільки те, що не можна було перенести з Херсону в інші лікарні регіону. Зокрема, лінійний прискорювач був тільки там, у Херсоні, радіотерапевтичне лікування можна було отримувати в місті тільки там. Росіяни не могли не знати, що це саме медичний заклад, і дуже цінний для херсонців. І цей цілеспрямований удар є не чим іншим, як знущанням з людей. Також були російські удари по Харкову, по Нікополю, по Донеччині. Просто терор, який Росія робить свідомо і за який цих нелюдей з російської авіації ще й нагороджують. Але вони точно будуть відповідати – прийде такий час. І ми обовʼязково продовжимо завдавати ударів по російських військових обʼєктах – дронами і ракетами, і все більше українськими, по саме тих військових базах, по саме тій російській воєнній інфраструктурі, яка використовується в такому терорі проти наших людей. Наш захист абсолютно справедливий. Я дякую всім у світі, хто підтримує Україну в цьому, і підтримує, зокрема, необхідність збільшувати видатки на оборону європейських країн, на оновлення і технологізацію арсеналів у Європі. І дякую всім, хто забезпечує збільшення тиску на Росію за цю війну.
