Many of you have asked me about the shirts I have been wearing this National Day season. Well they are a collab with @theworldofying and @weare.moca featuring orchid motifs by Ying and orchids painted by our very own MOCA residents! So proud to feature our residents and support our talented local artist!

We celebrated #SG60 at our iconic Botanic Gardens this weekend. A Harmony in Bloom lovingly put together by our community of volunteers.

🇸🇬 MoCa is celebrating #SG60 with style! We partnered local fabric artist Ying to produce a series of orchid motifs painted by our MOCA residents. These motifs are featured on merchandise that we will launch today at the Botanic Gardens (at the heart of MOCA). The @straits_times featured this collaboration, and our residents as models to showcase this special SG60 collection! We will also unveil the community mural we painted together at our Harmony in Bloom event at the Botanic Gardens this afternoon, alongside the launch. 500 registered ticket holders of the event will also take home a limited edition goodie bag printed with orchid motifs. Took our Keepsake Tote out for a walk in the park. This art is part of the Harmony in Bloom SG60 capsule we created alongside @weare.moca and @singaporebotanicgardens in collaboration with the community. It’s the first time putting my art on a sustainable recyclable material and making it into a tote - we tested a few materials and really liked this. It’s been a while but I am really happy and excited to see this mini capsule come alive: The Harmony in Bloom Special Edition SG60 Collection in collaboration with @singaporebotanicgardens @weare.moca and the community. I have been so heartened by the support of the community for not just the mural art painting, but in many other ways. I took on this project amidst my pregnancy firstly because florals were always my thing, but more importantly, being able to create meaningful keepsakes out of combined efforts from the community was something special to me. I have always imagined my art on lifestyle articles and my dream has come true.
