Pertanyaan yg paling paling paling paliiing sering ditanya : rumahnya renov atau bangun dr nol? ——— Rumahnya renov. Jd di komplek aku semua rumah denah dan fasadnya sama (standar developer). Tapi sementara masih tanah kosong, br akan dibangun kalo udah ada yg beli. Nah pas mau mulai ngebangun rumahnya, aku sebenernya minta ke developer untuk dibangun sesuai desain yg aku mau. Ga dikasih. Aturannya massing dan fasad harus mirip. Kalo abis itu mau dirubuhin lagi terserah. Yg penting developer udah bangun sesuai standar dan aturan mereka. Ya sayang dong rumah baru bangun masa dirubuhin. Akhirnya aku rombak desain aku supaya ga terlalu jauh dr batasan yg dikasi developer. Jadi aku bisa lgsg lanjut renov setelah developer ngebangun tanpa harus ngebobok lagi. Dan aku berhasil nego dikit ke developer untuk bangun bangunannya dalemnya plong aja bolong. Kalau untuk fasad gabisa minta rubah banyak. Yg penting sepolos mungkin aja. ——— Untuk denah, intinya aku bagi massing bangunan jd dua (bangunan depan dibangun developer, aku nambah bikin bangunan belakang) plus bikin mezanin. Kalau untuk fasad paling gampang untuk ngubah tanpa banyak bobok ya lgsg dipakein double skin. Very possible to make a day trip if you go from early morning. • Outfit and tools : You can rent it there, they have ski equipment and ski clothes. We don’t rent anything bcs we didn’t skiing, just wanna play on the snow. The weather actually not that cold.
