I always tell my coachees to “take more pictures when we are at our fattest”. Because it is a motivation to push ourselves to face up to the reality and set our goals to get our desired result! However I totally understand the resistance to do so… When I was at my heaviest, it was so difficult to pick up my phone and snap shots of my body or even my face! Hubby also got into trouble whenever he took “unfavourable” pics of me… Which was almost all the time when I was out of shape 😝 I never knew how hard it truly was until I stepped into #motherhood . Being a first time c-sect mum, totally ignorant on how to handle a newborn, the additional stress of living in a new post partum body was overwhelming 🥹😭 Even though I have been running our Fat Loss Online Coaching for years and helping thousands of people shape up, it was the first time I had to cut those mummy fats! Every time I set my mind to get started, my baby started crying 😭 Every time I gained some positive momentum, my baby couldn’t fall asleep 😴 Every time I committed “enough is enough”, my baby fell ill 🤧 It was as if the Goddess of Mummies wanted to make sure I remained an out of shape and almost out of my mind mummy 😅 The light at the end of the tunnel for me was actually one word - COMMUNITY. And I would like to express my deepest gratitude to all my fellow coachees and coaches for supporting and reminding me that I am worth more and that I could be in better shape than I was pre-pregnancy.
