My legs are aching as I’m typing this caption. I genuinely picked a time that I thought I couldn’t reach. I don’t do these challenges for views, or to improve my physique/athleticism. Especially since these videos haven’t gone viral once, and they don’t really help benefit you that much physically. I do them because I like knowing that I’m more of a beast than other people. That I’m willing to push my self so hard that it makes other people question their own dog. I want my dog to be powerful that other people can sense it off of me. Mentally, the more I do these challenges, the further it separates me from others. It’s one of the many things I do that I know 99.99% of other people are willing to do. If you want to be something great then you need to do things no one else is willing to do. Content Creator notes: This is the 3rd ā€œdog trainingā€ video I’ve done. The first one I used a voice intro holding the camera in selfie mode. The second video I stuck an exciting clip at the very start. Neither of them went viral, so I’m trying a slightly different version this time. Trial and error because I’m not genius enough to nail it on purpose. Same spot, 3 months apart Unfortunately, the first clip is current haha. I purposely made myself look slightly worse than I actually do. The weight difference is 30 lbs. I’m much stronger now. Probably about 6 lbs of muscle added, 4lbs of water, 20lbs of fat. 173->203lbs Content creator notes: I left the first clip raw so that the color graded transition clip would pop even more. The inspiration came from some looksmaxing/blackpill edits I’ve been seeing on TikTok. I was listening to this while lifting and had the vision. #gymedit #looksmaxing #blackpill #gyminfluencer #fitnessinfluencers

TRANSITION INCOMING. 51 seconds is very long for a gym edit. I want you to see how much better your face can look when lean. A lot of people think 15-20% body fat is very healthy. In reality, it’s like carrying an extra 20lbs for absolutely no good reason. The only reason I got fat was lack of knowledge. After my first show I had no idea I was capable of gaining 1lb of fat PER DAY. I thought a few weeks of eating as much Whole Foods with a high protein diet after my show wouldn’t do much damage. Little did I know, I’d gain 25lbs of fat in 4 weeks. Lowkey though, my hormones and natural hunger returned to normal very quickly. So maybe that’s an upside. Content creator notes: I recently had a similar gym edit go viral. 300k views after a week. I only gained 300 followers from it. Terrible follow ratio. This time I did a bunch of talking. According to my analytics, if this one gets 300k views I’ll gain 1-2k followers. This is how powerful adding some personality/ well spoken words into a video. #gymedit #looksmaxing #blackpill #gyminfluencer #fitnessinfluencers

THIS IS AN EXPERIMENT. I posted the same video twice, except one doesn’t have the talking intro. Check my page to see which one is performing better. Looks like I’m gonna be chuz for the summer. I’m enjoying the strength gains too much for a calorie deficit right now. I think I’ll be around 14% by summer, but HUGE. Next time I get lean I’m not gonna lose any muscle mass. Content creator notes: This experiment is not only gonna help me collect some data, but also has the potential for raising engagement, and getting people onto my page. #naturalbodybuilder #naturalbodybuilding #nattybodybuilding #gymedit #gymmotivation

New video style incoming. I’m too jealous of all the cooking influencers not to partake. In the future I’ll probably do more talking and less music edits during food vids. Shirt from @dfyne.official code solid Content creator notes: This video is way easier than it looks to make. I used a Sony camera with an expensive wide angle lens, but you can use your phone with 90% of the quality. Basically just film yourself making it from 1-2 angles, then when it’s finished you show it to the camera for an intro, and eat it for a conclusion. After you’re done, film some B-roll like grabbing the ingredients or opening the fridge. I was pretty happy with this video as a first attempt because I’ve seen first hand just how much easier/better they get after just ten videos in one style/format. #yogurtbowl #foodfitness #wholefoodsdiet #natty #wholefooddiet

The white balance was way off for some reason. I like a pretty natural look on my videos, so I barely color grade at all. I slightly up contrast, and sometimes drop the shadows a tad. This time I added watch due to the white balance being off. The point of this video though, is that cameras look better. But high quality isn’t always a good thing. Phone footage is super familiar to our eyes. It creates more personal, and obtainable. Like you just send a Snapchat video to your friends while looking shredded. Casual. Content creator notes: I forgot about this video format. There’s so much I can do with this. Different lighting, different cameras, locations. Imagine, ā€œmaking my best edit with a phone vs Sony cameraā€ or ā€œ$500 camera vs $2000 professional set upā€ so many cool comparisons. #naturalbodybuilding #naturalbodybuilder #natty #nattybodybuilding #gyminfluencer

AFTER AND BEFORE. Not the typical before and after format. The strength difference between these two physiques is wild. At 170lbs I could barely squat 315. Now I can hit 375 for 12 reps. Content creator notes: I recently got 1.5 mil on a similar transition video. I’m attempting to recreate it with a shorter duration, and a more popular audio. I also added on screen text so people intently knew the format of the video. To expect a transformation without having to sit around and listen to my words to figure it out. #naturalbodybuilding #nattybodybuilding #natty #naturaltransformation #gymedit

This is NOT BODYBUILDING. It’s called beast building. I don’t use straps, or belts, and I only use free weights. Tanktop and sweats are from @dfyne.official use code solid for 10% off Content creator notes: I tried my best not to look at other peoples workout routine videos so mine would come out very original feeling. I’m hoping to stand out from my camera quality, basement aesthetic, lack of on screen text, and using my own voice to list the exercises. My next move is a social media growth YouTube channel. I think I’m going to stop posting social media tips on my fitness account. This way my average views will go up, and I can appeal more to brands. I will effectively be concentrating into my niche more. I lose 100-120 followers DAILY. This is mostly due to the huge variety in videos I post. Gym edits, good habit building, food, kickboxing, social media tips, speaking drills, ECT. I’m going to stick to Gym/food, and target the same hashtags over and over again. I am also going to shift over to 90% Sony camera videos so I have a cleaner aesthetic on my page. @paniolo.co for animal based skin products, code SOLID for 15% off Shirt is from @dfyne.official code SOLID for 10% off Content creator notes: I focused on making the format of the video, and the value extremely clear within the first sentence. Format: income each month + source of income Value: educational Hook: curiosity This is a proven video format, that creates tons of anticipation, and is extremely satisfying to see something grow. Everything about this format is like candy to our brain. Who doesn’t want to know exactly how much someone else is making? I love being nosey. #naturalbodybuilding #gyminfluencer #fitnessinfluencers #nattybodybuilding #lifetimenatural

My plans for this account have changed. I want to gear this page towards brand deals/ generating sales. This means more high quality edits, rather than authentic talking videos. To achieve this, I’m starting a second account where I’ll do even more talking videos that don’t have to relate to fitness at all. That means more authenticity, more personal stuff, and more long form YouTube content. Check out @dfyne.official for the shirt. Code SOLID FOR 10% off Content creator notes: I envisioned a sick walking transition, but this one only turned out about 60% as cool as I hope. For the music, I looked up looking maxing edits on TikTok, then slowly increased the volume as my speaking finished out. I really want to make speaking/ gym edit combo videos my thing. High retention, and high follow rate, with the chance of going mega viral. This is my attempt at making a video that does a good job at showing a product. I mentioned the company name, and made the shirt the main focus. I only get paid $250 a month, which honestly I’m still super happy about because it’s consistent and any money for my fitness account is still so exciting. But I need more sales before I request a higher pay. My talking head account will mainly be used to funnel people into my YouTube. They pay around $5 per 1000 views. I also LOVE YOUTUBE. By far my favorite platform for posting.
