Last Saturdays SWEAT @revl.training.potongpasir was amazingggg. Not only did you guys LOOK amazing πΈ, the workout FELT amazing as we all worked together to hit our targets. More to come in time π
Yesterday was crazy fun with our Sweat Team classes totalling 129 members! Teams of 8 never felt so great! As of today, we've officially completed our PEAK phase in our 13 week program. We're on to the last 3 weeks, our REBUILD phase, which will get us better prepared for the new training block to come! Have a good rest PP Fam, see you tomorrow!
ποΈ Do take note! ποΈ Our evening sessions on Thursday the 11th and Friday the 12th will be slightly adjusted due to the @ergarmy courses we will be holding at the studio! Morning sessions will be unaffected.

π Last Saturday we had an absolutely AMAZING time with our triple event! π πββοΈπ¨ Our 6km community run went off without a hitch despite the shaky weather! We saw many new faces in the crowd and we had great conversations along the way. πͺ© π Back to the studio for the best vibes with DJ Thrifty @pokemylefteye and guest DJ @valerisimo π₯π₯π₯ A studio party with a live DJ? Something we MUST do again π β πͺ And our morning was complete when the entire studio smelt like fresh hot coffee, and baked melt-in-your-mouth cookies, courtesy of @socialtreatssg and @mandymakes_sg The vibes were immaculate! β¨
Our first big community run hit it off with a bang! So many of you turned up despite the grey skies, and a great time was had! More to come with scenes from our DJ πͺ© π
Shout out to the amazing athletes who competed in last weekends TURF GAMES! Months of training all came to fruition as you gave your very best, and made us so proud! We hope you made memories that last a lifetime! (Or atleast until next year's Turf Games π)
