An Enchanting Stay at Walaa Kulu, Ella 🏔️ ✨ ☁️ The Views: Walaa Kulu, perfectly captures the essence of its name. Around 7:30-8 AM, we were greeted by a breathtaking cloud-kissed view. The villa also has stunning night views that kept us captivated. There’s nothing quite like sipping coffee in a hammock while watching the sunrise or sunset. The views alone make Walaa Kulu worth every penny.😍 Interior and Architecture: The villa’s interior is a beautiful blend of minimalist and aesthetic design. Each room, from the living areas to the dining space, kitchen, balcony deck, poolside, and bathrooms, is beautifully curated. It’s a place that you won’t want to leave, and it’s perfect for capturing Instagram-worthy photos at every turn. 🫣☺️ Service: The service at Walaa Kulu is top-notch. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, meeting all our requests with a smile, even when we asked for coffee at 5 AM to enjoy the sunrise. Special thanks to Senuka and his team for making us feel so welcomed and comfortable.💯👏🏻 Activities and Things to Do: Boredom is impossible at Walaa Kulu. We enjoyed a few board games and the infinity pool, which is perfect for a dip at any time, even late at night. Just a 10-minute walk from the villa is the Halpe Tea Estate, where you can indulge in a fascinating tea tour and tasting. The villa’s garden, full of vibrant flowers, is ideal for evening tea with friends. And we can’t forget Maximus and Nelli, the adorable dogs who became our cute little companions during the stay. 🥰 Food: The food at Walaa Kulu was amazing! They had a variety of cuisines but we were particularly blown away by the Sri Lankan dishes—some of the best we’ve ever tasted. Every meal was a culinary delight. 🤤🤌🏻 Recommendation: If you’re planning a trip to Ella, make sure to stay at Walaa Kulu. It’s an experience you’ll cherish forever.
