I know keeping kids engaged for a long time Is a Task 😅 They get bored so easily. But I got you. ✨🫰 These 8 Indoor Games are Mine and My daughter's favorite 🫰 📌 I spy with my lil eye : You need to spot something and tell the kids what letter it starts with. And they have to guess it. It helps to improve their creative and logical thinking. Also their Analytical skills. 📌Simon Says : Another classis game. One person takes the role of Simon and whatever command they will give that starts with "simon says" the other one has to follow. For example "Simon Says Dance". This works the best when child in the lazy mood. 📌 Name Place Animal Thing : My childhood favorite 😍. You will have to say the Name, Place, Animal, and Thing from the letter the other team mate chose. A great game for developing memory, thinking, vocab, geography and general knowledge. 📌 Atlas : The game starts with the letter S. After that I will say the name of the country starting with the last letter of the country you said. It is the "Antakshari" or countries and cities. Again a great game for memory development and geographical knowledge. 📌 Rhyme Words : You need to give a word and ask your child a rhyming word. For eg "I rhyme with tag I am a bag" Greate game for enhancing language and communication skills. 📌 Words that begins with : Give your child a letter and ask words that begin with it. The more the better. This helps in improving vocabulary and memory. 📌Connecting Words : Take turns saying single word from one category. Each word must somehow be connected to the word before. Go as fast as you can. Improves creative thinking. For eg. Tree, leaf, green etc. 📌 Memory Loop : We used to call it "Smaranshakti" great way to improve your memory and build thinking skills, concentration, attention and persistence. You need to speak a word and your partner will say your word and add theirs. And the loop continues. A fun way to engage children. Helps in building memory and concentration power. We made the healthy swaps and so so so glad that we did it 😄 I have always been a person who wants sustainability as a part of her lifestyle and hence I chose this. 💯 So we made a few changes in our Kitchen we stopped using plastic and aluminum as much as we could. 😃 Also instead of refined oil we started using filtered groundnut oil. 🛢 Using jaggery and Desi khand instead of sugar gave us so many healthy benefits and we can already feel it. 😃 Instead of Maggie we started using Millet noodles and instead of Bournvita we started using our little joy. Instead of cold drinks we started having nimbu pani and coconut water. Instead of popcorn we eat makhanas and Instead of storebougt chips and chocolate we eat homemade banana chips and homemade chocolates. 😃 We are sticking to it as much as we can. #gratitudepost #thankyou It's always important to have the right people around you to excel in life. Recently, I co hosted an event and it was only possible because of two people, My husband @manish177 and @priancabajaj . The trust and support they had in me was the only reason I could take this up. My cheerleaders♥️ They showed faith in me to do this and yes, I can say that I did it🥰 I missed Manish so much on the D day but my family was there to support me and that really meant a lot🤗 After facing so many struggles, rejections, solo parenting with a clingy cranky child, doctor errands, continuous follow ups and so many obstacles that I overcame🥰🥰 The decision to take up The Wedding Junction was taken up on 5th night at 2.30am and honestly, this event has changed my life. I got the self esteem that was missing in me. It boosted my confidence and made me believe in myself that yes I can do and I will do it!!!! And last question how was it? How did it go? It was fabulous, people appreciated it alot, got appreciations from strangers as well as from family. So happy to have such love and support from people around me. Truly blessed😇🧿 Thank you to everyone who made it to the event and hopefully will see y'all again in my next event and whoever didn't make it, please do come♥️

So sharing here with you👇 🩸Warm Water Bath: Soak in a warm water bath for 15-20 minutes to relax the uterine muscles and reduce cramps. 🩸 Lemon Ginger Tea: Steep fresh ginger in hot water, then strain and drink to reduce inflammation and ease cramps. 🩸Hot or Cold Press Therapy: Apply a heating pad or hot water bottle to the lower abdomen to relax the muscles and increase blood flow. Cold therapy is ice wrapped in a cloth to the lower abdomen. The cold temperature numbs the area, effectively diminishing pain and inflammations. 🩸Exercise: People say take rest and do not Exercise during periods to the contrary I found exercising helps in healing periods pain. Light physical activities like yoga, walking, or swimming helps to release endorphins, which can help reduce cramps. 🩸Turmeric Milk : Mix 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder with warm milk and drink to reduce inflammation and alleviate cramps. 🩸 Cinnamon Tea: Steep cinnamon sticks in hot water, then strain and drink to reduce inflammation and ease cramps. 🩸 Fennel Seeds: Chew on fennel seeds or drink fennel tea to reduce inflammation and alleviate cramps. If you are facing heavy bleeding or frequent period cramps, make sure you visit your gynecologist and do a complete CBC blood test. Stop labeling your children. 🫵 The more you will tell them that they are 📍Short tempered 📍Ziddi 📍Lean and thin 📍Aalsi 📍Ye kuchh khata hi nahi hai 📍Ye kisi ki sunta hi nahi hai 📍Bohot pareshan karta hai 📍Badtameez ho gayi hai 📍Bohot attitude hai And so on... It will become their personality. They will start believing in it. My daughter also went through the same when she constantly heared that she has an attitude problem, she is bossy, she doesn't listen to anyone. And so on.. It slowly started becoming her personality and I had to do a lot of inner work to reverse it. 🥹 So as a mom it's my request to be very much mindful when you talk to your kids. Or especially when you talk about them in front of them. 🩷 Remember no matter how small the child is. They understand everything. Be careful what words do you use.
