THE TOP 6 ✨ I asked you all recently what I’ve influenced you on the most this year and the results blew me away. Admittedly I don’t love the term “influencer” because it feels more superficial to me. But to know I’ve influenced you on your own personal growth means I’ve done something right in this space. So, my amazing community here on Instagram..I present to you the top 6 of this year ✨ 1️⃣ IDGAF. We’ve spent this year only giving f**cks for things that actually matter and leaving the rest. It’s freeing!!! 2️⃣ Books. So many of you have started reading again, which is amazing! Reading has helped my mental health so much, and I’m so glad it’s helped many of you too. 3️⃣ Mental health: we’ve chipped away at ourselves this year and worked on our mental health! Whether it’s therapy, meds, CBD, etc we’ve made efforts to improve it overall! 4️⃣ @movesbymadeline: physical health goes hand in hand with mental health! So many of you started Madeline’s program and are feeling great!!! 👏🏻 strong is sexy 💪🏻 5️⃣ @lexushgordon Macro Coaching: macros have changed my life and they’ve changed many of yours too! 🙌🏻 here’s to eating MORE FOOD and being stronger than ever! 6️⃣ @hellotushy: the one product on the list - couldn’t leave out my beloved bidet 🤣🤣🤣 a clean butthole is a happy butthole 🙌🏻 Thank you for allowing me to grow in this space this past year. I’m so honored that you’ve chosen to grow with me 🫶🏻🫶🏻

Traveling, even locally, has been one of the best gifts I could give myself in this life. 🤍 Learning new cultures, experiencing different ways of living, indulging in new foods, and simply TALKING (like really talking!) to people has opened my eyes and expanded my world for the better. It’s made me more empathetic. It’s made me more understanding. It’s enriched my life in a way I cannot explain. And with Travel Tuesday approaching, I can’t help but reflect on my gratefulness for these opportunities and the friends I’ve made around the world. It’s become somewhat of an addiction, and I’m so excited to explore new places next year. 🌎 As much travel as I’ve done this year, I never could’ve imagined myself being able to do these trips years ago ( especially pre Lexapro!!!) I’m so beyond grateful to be able to structure my personal life and job around taking these adventures, and I’m even more grateful to be able to take them with you all!!! I’ll be going live tomorrow morning around 7am EST to answer any questions about travel; tips, tricks, flights, my retreats next year…anything! Home for the holidays 🫶🏻🦃 Always feel so incredibly thankful every time we get a chance to visit @villadalmare!!
