Hello everyone 👋 allow me to reintroduce myself. I got into real estate 9 years ago when both of my kids were just babies. During that time I have sold over 300 💵 million dollars of real estate & I feel like I have (almost) seen it all. From a napping teenager under a pile of pillows at a showing to walking into a final walk through to find a 🌳 had fallen through the garage. This job really keeps you on your toes and I wouldn’t have it any other way. A few fun facts about me: 👑 Born & raised in Charlotte, NC (the Queen City) my parents and grandparents were too. 🏠 I have lived in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, Boston and Charlotte 🥶 I left NC at 18 to escape the cold winters and then somehow ended up in Boston. 🧒 👧 🐶 mom of 2 kids and one crazy puppy, Reba McEnpup ⛳️ I’ve been golfing for 4 years. I’ve been told I play military golf. left, right, left, right, you get it 😆 🏃‍♀️‍➡️I ran the Boston Marathon in 2019 and literally have not run since 🛫 Love to travel 🪴 my favorite place to be is the nursery, looking for more plants 🔨 my toxic trait is that I think I can do anything I see on the internet such as laying tile & other types of carpentry. If I said it once, I’ve said it a 1000 times. You CANNOT perfectly time the market but there are seasonal patterns that repeat themselves every year and you may be able to capitalize on them if you’re paying attention. Have a very specific criteria for your next home? You may have to buy when prices are higher in the spring and summer because you need more options to choose from. Have a very broad search criteria?
