We’re so honored! Our (@t2greene13 & me) project in collaboration with @john.b.plaster was awarded GOLD at last night’s @atlmaghome’s 2024 Georgia Design Awards! Tommy and I have a passion for restoring historic homes together and working with the best architect in the business, @john.b.plaster is the cherry on top!✨ This project was a three-bedroom 1920’s home Druid Hills that we doubled in size to accommodate a large family. The addition was added along a reflecting pool with views of Fernbank Forest. There was a limited footprint because of strict historical guidelines and the site’s topography. John defined three distinct wings: a brick garage, a granite sunroom and the original brick home. We knew we wanted the home to feel stately, yet inviting and keep with the integrity of its historical features. It’s now perfect for hosting parties or gatherings!
