Step 1 - Train on a handstand press Step 2 - Do more things with your handstand press Did you know that there are "high presses" and "low presses"? High presses include the commonly known straddle, tuck, and pike press. Low ones then include stalder and planche press Regardless, we are talking about lots and lots of shoulder strength here. No shoulder strength = no pressing strength Whether you want to achieve your very first handstand press or expand your pressing capabilities, you know where to find us!
Beyond strength & range of motion, it is training your joints to be able to "do things" Be it everyday movements like reaching your arm overhead to grab something off the shelf or training with a barbell to perform a snatch, do your joints have the capacity to execute various tasks or are you limited by them?

The Paradox of Effort: You have to put in more effort to make something appear effortless Drills after drills, repetition after repetition, training on exactly what you need to progress. We do not deny the work that is required when it comes to developing skills.
