BREAKING: Palestine Action targeted the London office of Allianz again. Allianz insure and invest in Israel’s biggest weapons producer, Elbit Systems. Without insurance, Elbit couldn’t operate in Britain.

Components for F-35 aircraft were shipped from a UK military base to Israel at least 14 times during the genocide in Gaza. These shipments, were dispatched from the Royal Air Force base in Marham, Norfolk, and transferred to Nevatim Airbase, home to the Israeli Air Force’s F-35 squadrons. These shipments has been used in operations resulting in the loss of innocent lives. @declassifieduk

BRITISH MIGRANT PLANS TO BREAK UP SOUTH AFRICA A British migrant campaigning to separate Western Cape from the rest of South Africa says he wants to create the equivalent of an ‘Israel for the Jews’. Phil Craig heads the Referendum Party and in this clip doesn’t hold back outlining his dream of the province having its own hard borders, police and military. As far as he’s concerned, he’s appealing to people with ‘Western values’ who want to live in the ‘Western world’. He also says it’s necessary because people in the Afrikaans community are ‘vulnerable’. Western Cape is the second-richest province in South Africa, and White people make up 16 per cent of its population. Craig wants to pressure its Democratic Alliance (DA)-led provincial government to hold a referendum on the issue. So far, the DA has rejected the idea, but he continues to push his divisive views. The Economic Freedom Fighters party has labelled him a ‘White supremacist’ who’s ‘running the dog of imperialism’. A petition to get Mr Craig deported has nearly 45,000 signatures at change.org. WHO IS DAN GETLER? Israeli businessman Dan Gertler is a prominent figure in the exploitation and control of mineral resources in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), reportedly earning about $200,000 daily from his operations there. Allegations suggest that his profits contribute to the construction of apartheid-like walls in the West Bank. Gertler’s family has a legacy of diamond exploitation in Africa dating back to the colonial era, and he has continued this tradition. His business expanded significantly due to questionable deals made with the former ruling Kabila dynasty in the DRC. In December 2017 and June 2018, the US Treasury imposed sanctions on Gertler and more than 30 of his companies, accusing him of leveraging his close ties with former Congo President Joseph Kabila to secure highly profitable mining contracts. However, the US administration considered easing these sanctions to allow Gertler an opportunity to sell his interests and exit Africa, purportedly to demonstrate that its enforcement actions can be effective. BREAKING: Actionists target the Switzerland premises of Israel’s largest weapons firm, Elbit Systems. Here’s what they said about the action: “Elbit Systems, now Israel’s largest private arms manufacturer, was founded in 1966 and is still closely linked to the Israeli security apparatus. Israel is a world leader in developing spy technology and defense equipment that fuels the world’s most brutal wars. Elbit Systems has been operating locations in Switzerland since 2019. This is no coincidence: the Swiss army has purchased drones, and the Elbit Systems Switzerland project has existed since 2020. Elbit is known for testing its weapons of war on the Palestinian population. Switzerland benefited in 2024 from the purchase and sale of Elbit shares from the SNB and UBS and thus directly benefits from the genocide of the Palestinians in Gaza. Switzerland is therefore an accomplice in the genocide of the Palestinian population. We took one small of many necessary steps. Weapons producers, companies that exploit resources worldwide, investors, and politicians who legitimize and drive war and exploitation are located in Switzerland. War starts here. It is up to us to show the warmongers that they cannot commit their crimes without resistance. Be it just with a little color, or even better, through sabotage.”

The Filton 18 are charged with taking direct action in August this year to disable weapons at a facility belonging to Israel’s largest arms manufacturer, Elbit Systems, in Bristol. The weapons included drones currently being used in Gaza, which mimic the sounds of children in distress in order to draw civilians out to help, in order to kill them. The activists were initially detained for a week in solitary confinement under the Terrorism Act before being charged with non-terror offences, including aggravated burglary and criminal damage. They have since been remanded in prison and refused bail despite the charges being unrelated to terrorism. With their trial set for November 2025, they will spend 17 months in prison before it even begins. Free all political prisoners!
