熱鬧 ! Taiwan night markets are hot, busy, and delicious! My fave is guava with plum powder, stinky tofu (the blue cheese of tofu:), durian (king of fruits!), fried chicken cutlet (炸雞排) and papaya milk! Is it a baby belly or a full belly 🤷🏻‍♀️🤰🏻😆✨❤️

A day in the life in London. I think the biggest hurdle to overcome mentally with spending time here versus LA is obviously the weather; however, I am discovering the trade off is worth it. The things that happened in this Friday led to me canceling Lyla’s swim and my breathing class as Florence came down sick. Still, I managed to get in a yoga class, do a bit of Christmas shopping, and decorated our tree. I was going to edit this into a reel, but I love the little audio bits of our life. The way Flo talks for example, I just couldn’t override with some catchy tune. Sending love to one and all xoxo Liv

This weekends Storm Darragh: we’ve been unpacking our boxes here in London (things everywhere!), getting over illnesses, and getting Christmas ready. It’s been so nice to slow down and have nothing to do, but stay in ❤️✨

There are so many things about the journey to pregnancy, our healing, and transformation, that I wish someone had given me a book about. Not from a doctor. Woman to woman, mother to mother. I think hearing it would have made the journey easier and helped to normalize all the weird and wonderful things about having a baby.
