Lumina Grand takes the lead with its smart home innovationsโ โ The highly anticipated launch of Lumina Grand, a 512-unit executive condominium (EC) by City Developments Ltd (CDL), in January this year saw 269 units (53%) snapped up by eager homeowners. The EC set an average selling price of $1,464 psf on its launch weekend. By the end of October, the EC has sold about 434 units (85%), with average selling price at about $1,512 psf.โ โ Lumina Grand has a suite of smart home technologies and innovations that enhanced the lifestyles of residents. 137 units at Novo Place EC were sold during the second round of balloting. This phase was open to second-timersโbuyers who have previously purchased a subsidized flat, whether a new or resale HDB flat, or an EC. The sale of these 137 units brings the total units sold at Novo Place to 444, representing 88.1% of the development.
