These precious days are flying by way too fast🤍

What an honor to be recognized in the top 5% of agents of 2024 in the Athens Area Association of Realtors on Friday night! The annual awards banquet was such a fun evening celebrating all of the hard work of local industry professionals- in a very cool venue nonetheless! Also, I was SO excited to present the award to this year’s recipient of the Realtor Rising Star Award. It has been such a privilege to have held that title over the last year and I was honored to pass on the torch. Congratulations to the 2024 Rising Star Award winner @nikkinguyen.realestate ! As always, thankful for my team, my clients, and a supportive husband for cheering me on every day in this career. Sometimes it is all consuming and I am exhausted, but I’m thankful to have a partner who wants me to succeed more than I do sometimes (most of the time lol)! Even though I was pregnant for most of 2024, I am thankful for being able to represent so many wonderful clients. Super grateful for my village of people (@juliaholmes_realtor ) that helped me grow in my career while I was also growing a human!! What a year!

I love our little family🤍 my biggest blessings!! I hope we never forget the way Ford holds his little hands up by his face.

When I first found out I was pregnant and people would ask if I wanted it to be a girl or a boy, my answer was always “I really don’t care.. I would love either one, but I would be more excited to shop for girl clothes but to design a boy nursery” And oh how fun it has been… curating this space has been a dream come true! These four walls feel so collected and hold so much meaning. It all started with this wallpaper. When Claxton and I got married, our wedding crest was a hand drawn tree illustration (thank you @lindseyellenpaperco ). So, when I found this wallpaper, I thought it was beautiful and it felt perfect as a nod to our love story. The two photos are of Ford’s namesakes. The top is a picture of the Fambrough family in 1903 In South Oconee, the same land Claxton can’t wait to take Ford on adventures to one day. The bottom is my great grandmother Elizabeth Binford holding my grandmother as a baby. A few of my other favorite details… The vintage stamps used on my baby shower invitation framed, thank you to @lindseyellenpaperco for curating them. A Spanish barometer from an old ship we found antiquing in Nantucket on our Babymoon in August. An Italian leather and wooden family crest that we bought in Pitigliano, Italy in 2023. I squeezed it in my suitcase to bring home and knew it would be PERFECT for my baby boy’s nursery one day (the trip was 7 months before I got pregnant). Continued in comments

Three weeks as a family of three and we have loved every second!

The moment our world changed forever🤍 there is absolutely nothing that prepares you for something you have prayed for your whole life. I am convinced labor & delivery nurses are sent from heaven. Beyond grateful for mine for capturing these moments on our phones we will cherish forever. And for taking such good care of me and teaching us all the things. No thank you will ever be enough!!

A love like we have never known. Ford Fambrough Faulkner was born on 1/19/2025 at 1:43 PM. He was 7lbs 9oz & 20 inches long. We are praising God for our perfect miracle!

Happy 30th Birthday to the most patient person I know who I am lucky enough to call my husband 🤍 you love me so well and have had to exude a whole lot of patience with me in this season. Ford is SO lucky to have you as his Dad… I can’t wait to see you at this time next year!!!

The month we get to meet our Ford🤍 Reminiscing on all the stages of this pregnancy and I am beyond grateful for this body for growing you to this point. We cannot wait to hold you on the outside!!

Merry Christmas from The Faulkners! Every Christmas from here on out will look very different, so we are cherishing this last one just the two of us🤍 We are so thankful to our Savior for sending his Son as a newborn baby to save us all. Thinking about Mary and Joseph and the miracle of the birth of Jesus has a little more meaning this year!

Just a few more weeks until we get to meet the light of our life! Ford, we cannot WAIT to hold you in our arms🤍

Wrapping up one season and preparing for the next🤍 so thankful to all our people for helping to celebrate us and Baby Boy so well over the last few months. I hope I never forget how grateful we feel in this moment!
