I’ve spent the last 6 months perfecting, what I believe is, the most perfect Pilates studio. The team is passionate and knowledgeable. The space is calming and inviting. The workout is well rounded and challenging. We’re bringing something new with heated mat that will kick your butt. And I’m truly ecstatic we are about to open our doors so I can share it with you!! First classes start September 5th!

This one is hard to post… we said goodbye to Molly today - 24 hours after Coal. A lot of you fell in love with Molly on the show. To put into perspective how great of a dog she was - I whisked her across the country, plopped her in a house with 50+ random people and cameras, kept her up until weee hours of the night, all so she could provide me a little bit of comfort - she did all of this with ease… that was her joy, being by my side (and table scraps). I wish I could articulate my relationship with her - the longest relationship I’ve ever had. She taught me what love is. Loved me completely uncensored and unconditional. Molly was there on every day - the happy, the sad, the mundane. She was my constant. She was more than a dog, she was my best friend. I was the actual luckiest to have her by my side for 16 years. Coal needed Molly. I always assumed Molly would pass first and worried what he would do without her… I find comfort knowing he never has to be without her. My house will never be the same again. I will always have a gaping hole in my heart. I’m not exactly sure how to do a life without her but I am grateful for her friendship over the last 16 years.

We had to say goodbye to our sweet lab today. It happened fast and very unexpectedly, but I guess that’s how cancer works. We rescued Coal 10 years ago. We got him at Christmas and I joked we named him coal because he’d never get any lumps of coal in his stocking, he was the best dog. When we got him he was afraid of feet (kicked in his past life), hated being alone, wouldn’t walk on a leash, and didn’t particularly care for women. He quickly grew trust in our family, loved my babies and was patient with them allowing them to grow trust in him. We were his safe place and he was ours. We never really deserve the love our dogs give us but I’m thankful for 10 years of his.
