Christmas movie time with Wellie… Stumbled upon a great gift idea and had to share! The lovely folks from @aurzen_official sent their EAZZE D1 Pro Smart Projector and projector stand to try and I was thinking it would be fun for outdoors in Maine. It has WiFi and Bluetooth built in, an adjustable picture size with autofocus that is so easy to adjust and has Netflix and all those goodies ready to go. But it’s so easy to set up and hardly takes up any space so I tested it in our bedroom where we had removed the tv because we don’t normally watch there. You can get a projector screen but it shines beautifully onto a white wall (even sheet) , turning any space into an impromptu movie theater. First look at this year’s dining room tree.. Decided to pull a different tree from my collection this year to switch things up. This is our collected ornaments tree. For years, the ornaments were on a 9ft tree in the family room, then for the last few years I packed them onto a 7.5ft tree in here. This year I brought out my 9ft @kingofchristmas Noble Fir but kept the top piece off and edited the ornaments to some of my most special favorites. The ornaments look so different hanging from the widespread branches and there’s more room to move around the table, which in previous years was a bit of a challenge. I’m off to my mom’s to put up her tree today! First look at our family room decorated for Christmas.. I was inspired to see if I could get this tree up for a little bit of a head start and I actually got it done yesterday! Decided to try my @kingofchristmas Cypress Spruce that I used in the sunroom last year in here for what I call my chinoiserie butterfly garden tree. Wedgwood and Famille Rose plates and a Carleton Varney for @frontgate ornament collection are the anchors, with handmade ceramic cabbage ornaments, garden inspired ornaments and some vintage baubles rounded it out. All sizes and colors of butterflies are wired throughout and there’s a tiny Santa topiary elf perched up on top, trimming shears and all! I will be sharing more as I slowly get the house holiday ready - that includes Thanksgiving too!!
